My equipment was returned within 3 hours after renting it ( from 8:30 am - 11:30 am) yet i got nasty emails from you saying it was time to return my rental and i had to pay more if it was returned late and then when i called the place i rented it from he said "oops" i will close out your ticket. This was at 8:00 pm. Very bad service. I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. And my equipment had been returned at 11:30 am!!

I ordered the truck online and I ordered a 15 foot truck and the person who was processing me at pick up thought I ordered a 20 ft truck. May not have been their fault as a computer was involved, but luckily there was an available 15 ft truck and all turned out well. But it took some time and was frustrating none the less. Overall, it served and I was happy.

Location was convenient but no real indication of where to drop off the trailer. The gentleman who helped us was very nice and prompt but had no ID badge on or anything to indicate he worked for U Haul.

Truck needed fumigating. (smelled like cannabis) Loud rattling somewhere near the top of the truck--especially on the highway.

Disappointed because all charges were not disclosed. I expected about $50 and the bill is over $80! When I ordered the truck the woman on the phone gave the truck rental rate, .79 cents per mile and $1 environmental charge. When I asked if there were more charges she said that was it. If I knew about the inflated gas charge I would not have rented the truck. Consequently I did see the gas charge information in the contract after I returned the truck. It is unfortunate that the operator said nothing. Also, the man at the office said just return the truck and I’ll put a few gallons of gas. I’m not holding my breath that you’ll send me the $30!!

The truck was clean but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The phone number listed on google for the location went to a rather rude man who answered and shouted the whole time. He said he was not at the shop and to call his partner who did not answer. The shop was closed even though we arrived during posted business hours. We were forced to wait on a black parking lot top at almost 100 degrees outside. The agent I chatted with online to perform the remote pickup was very slow to respond and forced us to spend nearly 30 minutes waiting while they verified references. I do not understand why references cannot be provided and verified at time of reservation confirmation. The agent did not verify the first reference provided (I was standing next to the person I gave information for) then told me that there was no answer and asked for an alternate. An alternate was provided and verified and then a second contact was requested. Absurd. This has never happened to me when picking up with a person at an office, what's the difference if I am picking up remote? We were charged an entire second day for returning the truck 5 hours after the 24 hour reservation, the truck barely started and had to be cranked three times to get the engine going, the cargo area of the truck was clean but smelled VERY strongly of marijuana, and finally when returning the truck, all spaces were full. Again the office was closed even though the posted hours and the hours reflected on the website indicated that the office should be open. We were forced to park the truck on a grassy hill with a handful of other trucks. The drop off process was the worst. Again I was forced to do the drop off remotely through the browser on my phone due to nobody being in the office when they should have been. After taking all the pictures and typing in all the information the website forced me to reload the page and do the process again from the beginning three times when I clicked submit. I called customer service and waited on hold for 15 minutes when someone answered and immediately transferred me to a different department where I waited on hold once again for nearly 26 minutes! The agent was rude to me and stated she would send me an email that I could attach photos to and she would finish out my reservation from there. She then indicated my payment had been declined (my bank declined it due to the hold being active on the same account) and then told me I would need to call the location office directly to troubleshoot that with them. I was unable to provide pictures to her via email since the website uploaded pictures I took directly instead of saving them to my phone and then uploading them. I emailed the representative back with this information and she never responded. I was not able to do anything further since now I am over 200 miles away from the location I dropped the truck off at. I am very upset by this chain of events and will not be using this service again. Representatives in the ch
