The site has no permanent signage and can not be identified as "Al's Old Fashioned Hand Car Wash". The vehicles are parked on a dirt that is not maintained and sit among what appear to be old, somewhat abandoned trailers. The photos of the location provided in the mobile app were, in some cases, inaccurate and confusing and there did not appear to be any human in the area that could assist and no one answered the phone number listed for the location. Although the truck was clean and in OK condition, I would NOT recommend that anyone use this site after business hours for the next door towing business.

The vehicle that I reserved, a 15 ft truck, was not available and I was given a 10-ft truck instead. This resulted in delays in my moving and tremendous expense due to all the extra trips. It wasn't the locations problem it was U-Haul's problem and they did nothing to make it right. I am not happy customer.
Marc MThat was the first time I had experienced "self-serve" truck rental. It would have been nice to have a explanation of the steps I needed to take. Because I was busy moving I didn't see the notice about how to return the truck. But overall, the experience was fine. Luckily the staff person reminded me by phone to get gas. Thanks!

Chloie DWe were called on the day before our scheduled pickup and advised there were no trucks available in our area for our scheduled p/u date. But were offered a truck 70 miles away with a credit of $150. So we scuttled our Fathers Day plans and drove to the new p/u facility. Truck was almost new and in great shape. The brown stuff sometimes happens.
