The location and service were great but that 10 foot Chevy Uhaul we rented is really at the end of its life. Its trashed. Drives like crap, seats are worn to the bone, steering wheel and seat covers are messed up and you have to literally use all your arm power to slam the doors shut. Please replace.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt’s not really the store or staff that’s the issue. The location is awkward. You have to find street parking, deal with terrible traffic and pedestrians just to get inside the store then trying to get someone to help you at the register is another story. Again, the store itself is cool. Just not for U-HAUL.
Amanda LI also hired two very professional movers from Hendersons Hauling who went above and beyond to get me moved quickly and efficiently! Very good experience all the way around!
Vicki MIt was the smoothest & most efficient Uhaul rental I have ever done. I found the employees courteous & professional both on picking up the rental & dropping it off! Also with several questions I had and changing to a larger truck all were handled quickly & confidently.
Dana HThe customer service at this location was amazing!!!
