It was the smoothest & most efficient Uhaul rental I have ever done. I found the employees courteous & professional both on picking up the rental & dropping it off! Also with several questions I had and changing to a larger truck all were handled quickly & confidently.

The customer service at this location was amazing!!!
WESLEY KYour lock pad to get access to the key needs to be replaced. I spent over 40 minutes just trying to get that lock undone. I had to move each letter a tiny bit at a time. My husband also tried multiple times. Between that and all the stuff you have to load on line, we lost almost an hour of our rental time
