The truck was not available at the site I booked; didn't find out until the day of rental for a location 60 minutes away. The truck was not provided with moving blankets or piano dolly as ordered, and I called that day to let them know... When I returned the truck, they then charged me to the blanks and dolly as if I stole them. Terrible service all around... I want a refund!!!!!!!

OMG, are you for real. 1. Hard time with online, however great customor service on phone. 2. Took to long with the process 3. The code that was sent to me didn't work. 4. Got up to maybe 3 different codes none worked. 5. Was suppose to get truck at 9am by 9:25 I couldn't with it anymore. 6. Ask to cancel but was told I couldn't do it over the phone. 7. Not pleased with this. 8. Then was told 5 to 7 business for refund. Unbelievable. 9. I have rented before through Uhaul and has always had good luck. 10. Will not ever do online again

There usually tend to be a new employee each time I rent equipment. As this is a smaller branch they usually dont have the equipment so I have to go elsewhere to get it and return the equipment at this location. While this location is pefect for a drop off, it is not the best for availability of equipment.

I was charged for gas even though the gas was at same level (¼ tank) when I returned it.

The back up lights didn't both work... and when your trying to back up to a main drag that is very important to have them using or you have alot of cranky drivers honking at you.

The store was closed during normal business hours when I returned equipment. Was able to download the Uhaul app and return successfully but it was an unexpected adjustment to avoid late fees.

They have a scam that they charge $100 cleaning fee for people that use the drop box to leave keys. We left the truck clean. I received an email saying thank you. But I happened to check the receipt link and they had added $100 cleaning fee. Fraud.

Terrible experience. I have renter Uhails plenty of times, first time at this location and I will never use them again. I will likely never use Uhaul again due to the horrible experience with the owner of this location. I have had to get the regional director involved to help solve the problems. Several issues and do not feel like writing a book here but awful experience throughout!

The location and equipment were excellent. The owner and employees were pleasant and helpful. I will certainly look to them for future needs. MovingHelp.com, however, came off like a scam. Not exactly sure what went wrong there but I didn't get help, and now have some adminstrative hoops I have to go through to get my money back. I will tell you that I won't use u-haul moving services in the future that's for sure.

Unfortunately, I was provided the wrong lock code and unable to pickup my uhaul on the day of my reservation. I had to return a second time to pick up the reserved truck. When I returned in store, I had to wait in line for keys (which defeats the purpose of the contactless pickup) and a male customer in line behind me was helped before I (a woman) was helped. Definitely not a good experience. The truck also smelled of smoke and had gravel/kitty litter in the cup holders.

A young lady (high schooler?) that completed my contract was not trained well to go through the safety and process for securing my vehicle to the trailer. After hooking it up, I drove to another U-Haul dealer and received good council on the use. When I turned the trailer in, it was a mismatch to the trailer number on my contract. I felt sorry for the young lady trying to help me in Arlington, but blame the management of the U-Haul dealer. I will never use them again and will advise others if asked.

Hard to find location and not very inviting. Parking was difficult at best. The trailer I was given was in “ok” condition but given the circumstances I had no other choice.

Everything was a Great Experience from this location. There was only One draw back & that is from anywhere anymore. People syphon gas from these vehicles all the time & when I got this one, I had to get gas that Luckily was less than a Half a block away, as the gas light was on! I Definitely made sure to bring it back with MORE GAS than when I got it & Hope that somehow "the Thieves" do Not take any of the gas for the next rental. The person was Great with explaining everything & I was in & out within 15 or so minutes. Excellent customer service & very pleased with everything! Highly recommend & will Definitely return myself for any other needs of a U-HAUL! Thanks

Mold all over the inside of our rental, stunk, was not locked. Garbage inside door panels. Water on floor. Very poor experience.

I’m so grateful we have Uhaul!! I use them often and there is always such great customer service! I can do everything online or I’ve the phone with an actual person if I have any questions 😀 they are so flexible and affordable! Yay Uhaul!!

Called for a car trailer and very nice business and price was amazing saved me a lot in tow fees. Last minute choice to rent a trailer and they had one available. Easy rental process, very organized and professional will be making this my first choice for U-Haul rentals. A++++++

Broken window handle and missing arm rest. Truck was full of dust and hand maintenance light on and bad head lights. When I spoke with manager they said they were just “salesmen” and didn’t care

Very nice people at this location. Truck was very clean and ran well. I did have to add oil ate beginning of my trip though but was easy to know what type it took and easy to add oil! This is an above average location and I know I will use them again!

The rudest place I ever had to deal with , the guy running this location needs to take a class on appropriate business behavior. He has a bad attitude all the way around , he’s sarcastic beyond belief. Honestly he was so rude I almost drove down to that location to confront this man in person , because he pissed me off that much . I do say somebody from corporate should talk to this guy cause I will never use uhaul again !!

I don't think they could do anything to improve. They were beyond great to deal with. The van was in good working condition and was very clean. The people at the store were so excellent! It was close to my house and convenient. I will recommend them to anyone. Kudos to the Pickers! I loved their little store and had never been in before, but it is very cool and I will be going back to browse.

Difficult to fill tank to the required 3/4 to 7/8, so we just filled it. Slightly annoying.

The truck was not that great, it drove slow. I requested a dolly they stated they had none, but as I walked to the truck there were three dollys two in the building by the door and one outside. I was running late and they were very accommodating but charged me insurance and a full day use of the vehicle

was told I would not be charged for the extra miles. This is unacceptable due to your people do not know how far it is to Arlington Washington., I did not take the fastest route thinking if the truck broke down I would be in the middle of no where. I drove down hwy 15 towards la then cut up to 99 then I 5 . No one told me which way to drive. I was looking out for you and me just incase the truck broke down. I have used u haul alot and never had this problem before. I will contact anyone that will listen to me to get this resolved

Fuel was listed as 1/2 full yet was really 3/8 full. Washer fluid was only water so it wouldn't clean the bugs off the windshield. This is a safety issue!
