Make sure the van's fuel tank is topped off.
The tow dolly was ready to pick up at 8am as I requested. It was in very good condition. The service rep processed the rental paperwork quickly and then showed me how to hitch it up to my tow vehicle. Then checked that the lights worked properly. The tow dolly worked perfectly for transporting my car to a new location. I returned the dolly to the rental location that evening. Everything worked out at a reasonable cost. No issues.

Employees were terrible disrespectful over the phone with personal concerns & behalf and also incredibly rude....
I requested 4 hours of use for rental qith email confirmation. I was charged 16 hours instead. I had even told the owner i would have the equipment back in 4 hours yet my billed contract and statement showed 16 hours.
Quick and courteous, come around the backside instead of coming in off memorial drive
This was the first time I had to return a rental back to the location I got it from instead of the location closest to me. I found that odd.
I was very impressed with everything ready to go. I guess I would have liked a little tutorial on where everything is on the truck, such as the emergency brake. One of the 12 Volt outlets did not work and my Garmin ran out of battery. I found another one in the truck when I had to stop. Overall the location was great and the woman handling my truck was extremely efficient.
The employees were courteous and helped me as soon as I arrived. They processed paperwork quickly and did all the hook-up for me. I was in and out within 10 minutes. They get a 10 on my scale from all vantage points. I have been to other u-haul locations in Philadelphia and Atlanta that were a 0 in comparison.

After a quick check in, they attached everything and I got on my way. Very nice employees! I would be helpful to have been told how to unhook it upon return.
Trucks very clean, work decently, but it's time to get newer trucks. That will help with gas/mile efficiency. Truck a little bit too shaky and bumpy also. Overall this location offered me a good rental experience.
It was all great start to finish
The trailer had potting soil inside and we had to clean it out. Staff very helpful with hooking up and making sure lights worked.

We had a very poor experience - due to process and not necessarily the location we visited. We rented a trailer from another location. When we arrived at the 1st location, we were told to go to this location. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time we needed to switch locations. When we got to Mark's Auto Repair, it was closed for the Memorial Day Holiday so we tried to use the app to do mobile pickup but it wouldn't work so then we had to call and struggled to get through IVR to actually talk to someone. When we finally talked to someone, we were told we had to talk to someone else. Then that person had to get manager approval to remotely release trailer. We had to hook the trailer up ourselves and send pictures of hook up. We were told we couldn't text the pictures, we had to email them but the file was too big while still on the phone so we had to hang up and send picture. We asked for the phone number of the person (Joann Leu) helping us and she said she would call us (wouldn't provide number). Ten minutes after sending the pictures and no call back, we called again and then had to share everything again with a new person. Seven minutes into the call with the new person, Joann called back and said we were released to go. While we eventually received our trailer, there are many opportunities for improvement in this process. Definitely not a good customer experience.

I checked back in on phone improperly and called Customer Service and they said, "too bad. You did it wrong. You will be charged a late dropoff fee. I can't help you". Very rude customer service. I actually dropped off two hours early.
Same thing. Easy and quick drop off.
