My only comment is that I reserved this rental at a different location that was closer to my house. After it was reserved, I was sent communication that it was unavailable, but the new location was identified. The communication was good, but if a rental is not available at the site you determine, it should automatically state that instead of switching locations after the rental had been confirmed.

CHAD ZI just got a storage unit and needed to use the restroom. There was no place outside the storage unit that I could use, so I took the long walk to the main building. When I got there the door was locked. I rang the bell and a guy answered. I told him I needed to use the restroom and that I had an outside storage unit. The guy buzzed me in. I walked to where the restroom sign was but the door was locked, so I proceeded to go outside to go around to the front of the building but the guy who buzzed me in came out another door. I told him the restroom door was locked, he proceeded to tell me that outside storage didn't give me the privilege to use the restroom inside. I said what kind of place is this that restroom use is a privilege?? I immediately turned around and walked out. As he changes his stance and all of sudden I can use the restroom. I didn't see a name tag on him but found out he is the manager of that location. I will never rent from Uhaul again nor will I recommend anyone use uhaul after the way I was treated just to use the restroom and just spent over $300 with uhaul.
