I will never use your app or online service again. My reservation changed locations twice on me. The online check in and app check in didn't work, I was hung up on after calling uhaul for help, was put on hold for 20 minutes before talking to someone who didn't have any of the right information for the reservation and was never able to help me. Finally a worker who happened to be at the location on his day off offered to assist me on his time off (the only highlight for the day). I lost over an hour of rental time trying to just pick up the truck and was never offered it back and was then late for my pick up and delivery which affected the rest of the day.

David P.26 foot truck ran terrible , had a bad misfire, spit and sputtered the whole 100 miles. wouldn't climb a good size hill in Suring Wisconsin, had to drop into drive 3 to get up the hill. customer service was good, no complaints there. very professional and kind, the truck was GARBAGE
