This location the drop off point for the trucks was in the rear of the building. Not very safe and there was trash everywhere around this location

Lynda MThe app would not let me take photos of the truck. I called the number and the person who answered after an extended hold, would not help me. He transferred me to another person who in turn, hung up on me. I called back. After speaking with two other people, I was finally allowed to take the truck. It took over an hour of sitting in the rain.
