The young lady from the Cool Spings office was very helpful and got me into the truck I needed. I was moving 100 boxes of flooring from Nashville to Florence Al. She told me what I needed and it worked out great.

SHIRLEY GDropping off the U haul at night in the back of the shopping center could be kind of dangerous. It's dark there are alot of sketchy people around and you have to then walk approximately 2 blocks around the building to get to you personal vehicle. Otherwise the man behind the counter is always friendly.
David AI found the experience not very satisfying. I went to the address on my contract to pick up the truck (97 miles from my house) only to find out that they did not have my reservation. They were very helpful and found out where it was actually located. I understand that it difficult to know where the actual sized truck you need will be located and you may have to go to a nearby location. BUT, I was told I would get an e-mail no later than 6 pm the day before as to where I should pick up the truck.. There was no e-mail the day before or the day of. I did get a text notification 15 minutes after my pick up time and I had been to the wrong address. You could work on better communication for your customers. Every person I interacted with was very helpful and thorough. This seems to be a system or corporate problem, not a problem with the people I dealt with
