CARLOS KLet me start by saying I went to this location several times and never had a problem until now. The online quote was for 1.09 a mile but was charged 1.29 a mile told it's because it's a Friday. When I reserved the truck it asked me what day and I said Friday noon til Saturday noon. The app should know the different charges for a Friday. Then I get a call and am told I can only have it til 10 am because someone else needs it was offered the chance to pick it up two hours sooner. That does me no good because the movers I hired don't start til noon. Then I put 20 miles on the quote but when I got there was told the minimum is 60 miles. I rented a 10 foot uhaul the previous weekend from some other place and they let me put 20 miles and didn't charge my card until I returned the truck the following day. This place charged my card before I returned the truck and was told I would get a refund for the miles I did not use. I went only 14 miles. Returned the truck got receipt but now I have to wait for my refund. The refund was not automatic which made me overdrawn in my account when my insurance bill went through.
Michael SThe associate that initially helped me rent the 6X12 trailer was efficient and caring. When the transaction was finished, I was referred to the next associate who attached the trailer to our Econoline van quickly and safely. When I returned the trailer, your Team helped me back the trailer into its parking spot and we were again efficiently finished. The invoice was emailed to me before I got back into the van to leave. Thank you for a great experience.
