Its to bad the place i originally had a reservation for didnt handle things well. They claim the exhaust had been stolen from the truck well, i asked, why didn't you call me and tell me this before i showed up here..this was the smoke shop place on Harbor in Pittsburg. Very scattered there, will never go there again. I had a much better experience at the custom bed one, at least they had it together.

Honestly, I strongly feel the 19.99 is false advertisement. There are hidden fees that's not mention. Eventhough, I had the truck for no more 2 hours and less than 50 miles, I was charged $105.00. I was compelled to add protection plan for any unforeseen damages ....which my PERSONAL insurance was pointless. The location was in a residence home, which I thought should of been separated from business. I was greeted at the door with a quick turn around. I'm very unlikely to reserve a

I had hook up and un hook my larger trailer. never in all my years renting trailers did I have to do this. it has always been uhaul policy to make sure they connected safely. hire a person to do this

The lady I spoke with was awesome! I came late in the day to rent a pick up what I really wanted was a box truck. One happened to come in as I did and she went out of her way to be sure I got the box truck. She explained everything to my satisfaction and was very friendly! Thank you so much. You made my move so much easier!

Per my reservation the truck I rented was suppose to be ready at 7am for an online pickup. The app didn't work at 7am. I had to wait until 9am when the facility opened. The women who I am assuming was the owner of this franchise of Uhaul said she never filed the paper work and not very apologetic. She was VERy rude! I will never use that location again!!!

They didn’t have the truck I ordered. Unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere and conduct. I will never use this facility again. I may not use u-haul again. 2 facilities did not provide what I needed.

I am so upset at UHaul for not honoring my reservation at the original location. I had to drive 20+ miles to the next location and no one was willing to help me find nor honor my reservation. I will NEVER use Uhaul again and will tell family and friends the same

Although I mark yes "Equipment clean and well maintained", the Van was very dirty outside and in Cabin. But, since vehicle is well maintained it made up for the uncleanliness.
