The truck rode very bad.
DINA SThey charged my credit card for 2 gallons of gas after I filled up half a quarter over what I received it in. I returned the truck while it was raining hard and the lady told me I could wait for her coworker to return to do a walk through. I was needed somewhere else so I could not stay. They charged extra even though I clearly filled up past what it initially marked. Scam!
PRISCILLA SI went there after hours to return my vehicle and it was very accessible,accommodating , and available. It was surprising, considering custom beds are also also dealers yet I had two entirely different experience one. I will recommend to absolutely go to the other. I will recommend they run for their life! Customer Service got transferred and all that shit very hard to get more if I do not have the opportunity at the end of this survey to express my extreme dissatisfaction with yet a another one of your dealers who sent me to another dealer because I had an emergency and I had to return the truck to a different location. He sent me to a location where they do not receive drop offs even After I asked him at least three times was he sure that I could return it there? Now for the second time in that day, having to put more gas in this U-Haul because of all the back-and-forth that I have been driving and miles because of different people telling me where to go and also because of your other business Public Storage, that also created an extreme nightmare for me, however I will address that in my survey to them . Getting back to my previous experience with the Uhaul truck it wasn’t until I spoke to Ashley and conquered after speaking to someone in corporate in Nevada who told me she could not help me so I called directly to the monument store and Ashley was able to assist me because she just happened to work at custom bed and Assured me that I would be able to return the truck there I just had to contact Customer Service again, which, of course caused another panic attack and anxiety until I spoke to Doug, who was able to assist me further in changing the drop off spot that Ashley told me it was really simple however, all of the previous people that I’m sure you can find out who they are since all the calls are recorded for quality assurance You can remember the names of those who help me the score that you did do better and stop giving people trucks that claims the gas mileage is good when I spent almost an extra $ $300 in gas ( from Al the back n forth in trying to find a drop off location) probably more than that but if I think about it, it is going to cause me even more anxiety. The public storage well that was also a nightmare!!! I paid for my Public Storage and gave all my information name email telephone number address, etc. etc.… The money came out of my account. I got the confirmation email. They told me I would get a code sent to my phone the day of check-in for my storage and when I got to, my storage and driving from Vegas all the way to Pinole California at 7 o’clock at night. It was raining and I was standing out in the rain also had 2 Close friends that went out of their way to meet me there to help me unload my truck ,I was trying to get into the gate and nobody around to help me even though I was told I have 24 hour Manager on site, also I didn’t need anybody because I had the access gate code. However, there was one thing they wanted to verify n that was my drivers license! Smh I informed the person on the phone when I called the one 800 number to begin with that I was driving from Vegas all the way to California 9 to 10 hours and I’ll probably wouldn’t get there till night time so I didn’t wanna worry about having a manager on site or anything I want to be able to drive up to the gate get in and unload… However, that did not happen! And then the next day I went back again and nobody was there once again. I had people with me waiting to help me unload my vehicle three hours later I had to go to another U-Haul and storage facility to get a code to get into the gate to unload my stuff! Now it’s funny. The gate knew my name, the money came out of my account, I got an email, yet you guys would not let me in because you wanted to check my drivers license??? I don’t know if I will ever use Uhaul services again. Never mind recommending this place to anybody And I don’t even think I was compensated for all of my stuff, but that is not make up for the $300 in gas from driving back-and-forth and back-and-forth to different locations with my stuff because I had to show my ID at another storage facility just to get into the other storage facility that I originally Was assigned to! Absolutely terrible Customer Service I have never been through anything like that in a long time
