The return procedure was confusing and tedious. I took photos of the equipment and submitted them and the processing part of it would return me back to taking another photo. At the end of the return process it would not close out and say received and thank you instead I would be asked to take another photo. I was shown what I already knew which was what I was being charged, but it still would give me the okay to close. So, I put my key in the return box. The only way that I knew that it had been processed was this survey that I'm being asked to take and no other human contact by phone or otherwise to let me know that all went well has been established. There should be a follow-up phone call to these services. Thank you for your service.

The app is barely tolerable. I finally got it to work for the first time in a couple years. It’s still bad but improving. As I’ve said before, you need to provide an express option for routine customers. There’s no need for me to send you a selfie and photos of my license 10 times a year. And, get some vehicles with scaled down or no logos for commercial customers. Especially the trucks and vans. It is thousands of $ a year cheaper for me to rent rather than buy, but your U-Haul graphics are killing me. It’s an explanation to every one of my clients.

The person that assisted at the table recorded the wrong information on the contract - she listed the UHAUL drop off location as my home address...so when I arrived to my drop off location they stated I could not leave it there - although I called the 800 number when I arrived and they stated it would not be an issue

The truck leaked but was taken care of by JT to make sure nothing was damaged. There was water on the floor of the truck. It was raining on the day of the move.

Your advertising is highly misleading. $20 +mileage on the side of your vans doesn't even come close to the 43$ I had to pay not including gas! This should be illegal !

Second bad experience, reserved trailer brake , turn signal, marker and taillights not working. Connected truck to idenical trailer, Wich had working lights. Then told to just take the non-working trailer??? 45 minutes later got to switch. I was late to an appointment.

Customer service at the desk and drop off was excellent....the inside of the truck floor was very muddy it look like someone tried to clean up the mud but did not do a very good job we had to put down blankets because mattress would have been very dirty standing/scooting on the floor. Floor should have been much cleaner

The staff were very polite and professional. The truck was a problem. There was less than 1/4 tank when we picked it up. I do not think the first thing I should have to do is gas up the truck. Already stressed enough driving a big truck and then have to get it into a gas station? The truck was old and in bad shape. The steering was very loose. The windsheild wipers made a terrible noise. The rolling door for the truck bed was almost impossible to close shut. Time to change out to newer trucks.

Best UHaul location that I have used! We often rent from UHaul and found that Ann Arbor location was convenient, had a wide selection of equipment and moving supplies and run with efficiency. The office and fiel d people could not have helped more. Great job.

Dirty van at time of pick up,was told it was used by Fed Ex, so what that means you don’t have to clean it?All the other U Hauls I saw on the road were spotless,just saying I think it should have been clean!

I received the truck with only a 1/4 tank of gas... if it had been full, I would not have over filled it past a 1/4 tank and not be reimbursed.

It's difficult to improve on near perfect. Service and staff were excellent. the customer desk is sort of hidden in the back of the store. Almost too discrete. Maybe, add some better signage directing people to the customer desk.

Although the floor was clean of debris. It was filthy dirty and left the side that was touching covered in dirt. I was like a carnival ride that had gone bad riding in the car as we pulled the trailer behind. We did not enjoy that experience. Very disappointing. It was not worth the $$ spent. But the employees at the pickup and drop off locations we're very nice and helpful. Actually trailer experience was awful. I would like a discount on what I spent.

I requested mobile pickup, as I needed to start my move at 7am. Even though the vehicle was returned before closing the previous night, I was not able to pickup my vehicle until 2.5hours later, delaying my whole move. Throughout my drive, I had two different service alerts come on in the vehicle, which I was told by roadside assistance there was nothing they could do about.
