The truck and ramp were covered in dirt and mud. I asked for a dolley. Was told it was in the back but once I opened it up at my location of course it wasnt there. Told them there was no dolly during drop off and here I am staring at a bill for a dolley i never received used or saw.

The 2 times I have rented from this location the line has been to the door. This time the credit card machine was down and took almost 45 minutes to get through the line even with a reservation. Employees were apologetic but I would not recommend going to any Uhaul for that matter.

I tried the online pick up and due to website issues, there was a little confusion about the pick-up. The customer services people were very helpful in assisting me in finishing up the process.

Customer service was horrible. The employees should know the steps of the non in person option! Hold my phone up in the air?! I was looked at like I was an idiot! Especially holding up for 5 min!

I tried the self checkout and self return smooth sailing. Return it the same day 8 hours later employee check out the truck all good said he’s going to email me my receipt i ask him do i need to do anything else? He replied you’re good. 2 days later to find I'm still on rental my card got charge twice. Called in the morning talk to someone she told me they gonna give me a call. 5 hours later I didn’t got any call so i decided to go to the location. Talk to someone insisting I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t do the self return online. Good thing i saw the guy who i give the keys from and he back up my story and return portion of my money. Well I'm still going to rent from them its just a pain explaining to somebody who doesn’t listen to what you’re saying. Overall happy customer here.

Pickup was hard. Didn’t know I need alternate contact til there. Gave my Daughters cell & Luckily she answered strange call from Arizona which she usually would not! Second, lots of problems turning on cell location. Took too much time. Never had to do for any car or other rental. 3rd wd like to know how much this vehicle was cleaned for Covid before I picked it up. Also how clean I was expected to leave it.

Thank you to the GM at this location who came out to inspect the truck after a parking lot "boo-boo." The lady that was at the counter helping me, was calm & not panicked as I was. I've always had great customer service at this location.

The location is great, but the footprint is just too small. Everything is crowded, parking can be difficult, and getting in and out of the location can be challenging. There are arrows directing traffic, but when we tried to get out of the lot, a trailer was blocking the exit, so we had to back up to get out of the parking area. Personnel are friendly and professional, so no complaints there.

Since when did you require two names and numbers to cold call someone asking if they know me and if they can’t get ahold of me they would call these people? I’ve never heard of this in my life. The person at the front counter was not friendly and very short with me.

customer service representative blew his nose into a kleenex and then touched my card. I have a family with an immunocompromised respiratory system and with the current COVID-19 situation this felt inappropriate. there wasn’t any hand sanitizer available, and no one working was wearing a mask.

Stopped by this location to pick up a trailer we booked, and they told us we could not use that trailer and gave us a much smaller trailer to use. We told them it was too small and they said to take it or use someone else. Very frustrating! Cost us a lot more money to move. U-Haul screwed us over on this.

We reserved online for a specific time because of planning ahead purposes. We arrive 15 mins early and we had to restart the process all over and they want 2 additional contacts that will pick up phone unprompted. Would be nice to know what other things we needed to provide for verification ahead of time during the online reservation process. Also, we were provided no cranking jack to remove trailer from ball.
