Don't overcharge people to make money for yourself and try providing actual service. If you keep defending your staff who works at a slug pace with terrible service - then you'll keep gettin bad reviews. This only applies to the manager Steve and the young guy with the long hair and ponytail. Ridiculous and will tell everyone here not to use. The store was busy with a line of customers. There appeared to be only a front counter person, plus one person for outside. Even though there was a line, the would stand at the front counter and laugh/joke with one another. Twice the phone rang, only to be answered with â€œthanks for calling Uhaul, please hold.â€ Workers didn't seem to have a care in the world about customer service. There's no reason the other person couldn't answer the phone while he wasn't in the yard, or even offer to help customers in the lobby. The trailer I rented was broken, so I was given a smaller size (which is the size I initially requested but they said they didn't have). On my receipt, I was still charged $44.95 instead of $34.95 the smaller trailer should have cost. From the time I got to the store and left with a trailer was 55 minutes. The interior of the truck was dirty, there was axle grease on the seatbelt, and on the steering wheel, they showed the gas gauge as half full when it was picked up, it was only 2/3 full, I dropped it off with slightly below 1/2 full and they marked it as 1/4 low and charged me for 7 gallons of gas, then did not answer their phone when I called with an issue, als or parking lot was blocked when I pulled in. I got double charged for gas. I filled exactly the same amount of gas used by me at the nearest gas station around the corner of this location. But they charged for gas even if they inspected the truck and verified for the gas just because they didn't receive my husband's text response for the mileage verification when he picked up the truck yesterday. The clerk said only the store manager can reimburse this over charge. I left a phone message on his cell phone right away but there was no response from him. The fuel level was much lower than what was indicated on my contract. I took a picture and uploaded it to your site to show where the level actually was. I drove the truck for 18 miles and put 2 1/2 gallons of gas back in it which brought the level up above where it was when I started. When I checked my charges I was hit with a charge $50 for 10 gallons of gas. How could I possibly burn 12 1/2 gallons when I only drove 18 miles?!!John L.

The woman behind the counter had poor communication skills and ended in a misunderstanding where she was shouting at me in front of the other patrons.
