What happened to me was that when I got my rental truck (20 foot truck) the gas wasnâ€™t at where it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be at 1/4 but it was half of that. The guy told me that I could get a different truck or just take pictures tonput it online but I didnâ€™t have time to do that, I had to get going so I can start moving everything. I didnâ€™t take the time to do the stuff I had to do in order to take care of it, because I didnâ€™t have time for that. So for future improvement, yâ€™all should always check or make sure the gas level is at where itâ€™s supposed to be, because us as customers sometimes we donâ€™t have time for extra things. We always got to keep going to start moving things and not lose time. Thank you for yâ€™all service.
I made my resewrvation 4-5 days prior to the use and had to continuously call the dealer to make sure they had the equipment to pick up. Twice they had bumped me and promised someone else that reserved after me, but it was corrected. I was told I could pick it up by 10 am and they said the day before not until 4 pm. In the end everything worked out but after a hassle. I drove 6 hours to get there.
I think you could be more affordable I thought the price was high had I had other options I would had explored them Then after I pick an insurance and signed contract I was told the insurance did not cover windshield and top of truck I feel the price I paid everything shouldâ€™ve been cover!

Make sure you know how much gas is in the truck when it comes in and it is right
The wait time to pick up the truck was ridiculous. Not enough people to help out with the big line.
I arrived and asked the young man standing outside where I needed to go to return my trailer. He stated he was the only person there (11:15 am on a Monday) and that I could just unhook it and leave it. He then got in a truck and left (though he did return about 25 minutes later). This didn't seem to be a good thing to me as I would've preferred paperwork showing that I had returned the trailer. Anyway, I found a link on the Uhaul website for returning the trailer, and proceeded to stumble through it. Eventually I got pictures taken, uploaded to the website and received a confirmation that everything was okay. Overall the process took nearly 40 minutes, most of which was trying to figure out the Uhaul website and how to do an online return. Of course there were no employees around to ask either. You either need to hire more people for this location or state that returns are to be handled online only. I wished I had known this before hand, as I would have driven somewhere else to turn in the trailer.

One of the U-Haul employees tried to shake me down for 20 bucks just so he could help me to put my car on the tow dolly. Terminate him.

Clean van nice efficient staff
I was told that my paid for dozen furniture pads will be placed in the trailer. The pads were not in the trailer. Also, there was a hour plus wait at the location to pick up my reserved the trailer.
The GM is awesome. She is very friendly and made me laugh a few times. You can tell she loves her job and wants to excel in her position with u-haul.

Better explanation and training on computer system for employees. Price quote was much higher due to employee adding mileage on top of online mileage estimate resulting in a $70 higher price quote than expected. Turns out it was day price + online mileage + in store mileage = $97 initial quote not $19.99 for a day rental. Employee had no idea what was happenin, how to fix it, or how to explain it. He did great eventually but everyone, even manager he called, was confused at first.
