When I turned it in, the young lady was also courteous and asked if I had any concerns about the truck and if it was what I needed. They were professional from start to finish! I waited 20 minutes for a representative to help me get the moving truck. She was very rude and kept making unappreciated comments. Then me and my child get in the truck that wasn't cleaned. It smelled strongly of marijuana (drugs). I was so short on time after waiting so long for assistance, that I couldn't complain. Then I found roaches crawling the back of the truck. I returned the truck right around the time they were closing and the return truck drive was full. So I asked one of the men cleaning the truck where I should park, he very rudely screamed at me that I should use the back entrance. This was all around a horrible experience.Brittany R.

I asked if they could make sure that I was not charged for the dolly since it was not provided at the previous location because it was self service/pick-up and I was told by management to call customer service. Why, when it would take a few extra minutes out of her time and day to help a paid in full customer. If I ever need a U-Haul or a friend does we will not be using this location. But on the brighter side the gentleman that helped me before asking his manager for assistance to further help me with my concerns, was very kind and eager to help and learn something new on the job. Service was great when I finally got it, I had waited in the lobby for a really long time by myself, there was absolutely no one in the building. I finally had to go looking for someone to help me. If I wanted to I could have grabbed whatever I wanted and just walked out and they probably would have never noticed.JAMES G.
I normally rent equipment from this location. I never have a problem and always receive great customer service. However, this time was different. When I was picking up the trailer, the employee asked me to turn on my running lights. I said, â€œWhich ones are the running lights?â€ He responded, â€œI wouldn't expect you to know. You're a woman.â€ He wasn't even joking, which still would have been incredibly inappropriate as a joke. He repeated this sentiment again during this interaction. There are female employees at this location, so I was surprised that an employee with this type of attitude is working there and felt free to share his mysogonistic feelings. Nothing to be done at this point, but I certainly hope Uhaul does not share this attitude. I am a single woman who is very capable of handling my affairs without the assistance of a man. I use Uhaul exclusively for all of my equipment rental. I have always felt comfortable and confident with the company. I don't think I will use this location for rentals/supplies again because of this employee. While it is an inconvenience finding another supplier, I cannot in good conscience continue to give my business to a company who employees workers with such offensive views. Again, I appreciate there are female employees. Hopefully the attitude of the male employees will become more progressive as well.GINA V.

Customer service was lackluster. No one smiled or seemed genuinely happy. I just dropped over $600 to rent a truck and don't remember receiving a thank you. Also was told the truck I rented had half a tank of gas. The truck I was in had a little over 1/4 th of a tank. I stopped before dropping it off and added $20 so I'd leave it with the same amount as when I picked it up. We switched up trucks in the middle of pick up and I think there was an error and the drop off location might have thought it had half a tank when I dropped it off. I don't know.Amy R.

I reserved a TRUCK two weeks in advance! The day I went to pick it up they said I had to take a cargo van! They didn't honor the 50 GUARANTEED reservation! The guy wasn't very friendly plus there were THREE TRUCKS sitting outside! Will never use U-haul again and will tell everyone I know how crappy it is!MONICA B.
