The trailer I rented towed very easily behind my truck . I almost forgot it was behind me . The cost difference between returning to the starting location vs one way shouldn't triple in price.

I did the online reservation, but still had to call when I got there to get the key. I was also charged for insurance that I did not opt for.
Your staff was very nice, helpful, and seemed very organized. Welcomed questions and responded accordingly. It would be helpful if the sign to your entrance was before your driveway coming from around that bend. By the time you see your sign you pass it. Nit picky I know, just a suggestion. Thank you and was a totally positive experience.

Andrew and Shane were wonderful to us. Moving can be very stressful but they made it much easier. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is needing a truck or storage!
Rental number was 83392062. The agent who reserved it on the phone, Andrew, was nice. The agent when I rented it was Shane and he was terribly rude. I also put fuel in the truck and I need a refund of that charge or I will file legal action.

We feel we were charged by at least 10 more miles than we drove. a tire light came on covering the odometer though and we returned after hours so we cannot prove it. However, our round trip destination was only 72 miles. Even giving an extra "in doubt" of a couple of miles we should not have been charged the amount we were charged. If you use this location, be sure to watch your miles!
