There was no visual signage indicating the location of the business; the driveway entrance was obscured and the sign had faded to invisibility. The business was up a hill and not visible from the highway. We passed by several times without knowing we had passed the business. The key drop box had been covered with a trash bag and sealed with duct tape, with no indication of an alternative where the key should be dropped instead. The office of the business was locked and closed despite it being during posted business hours. A phone call to the posted office phone number yielded only voice mail with no further instructions. Drop off was an unnecessarily frustrating and lengthy experience.
