Front desk were extremely helpful and courteous. Check in/ check out was fast and efficient.
RONALD JThe people at the location were helpful and good at their job. The U-Haul app is a nightmare. The truck itself was falling apart. The brakes are clearly on their way out. The only saving grace to the experience were the two gentlemen who took care of me when the app failed repeatedly to check me out and check me in.
Ricardo PAlthough I called to verify my reservation one day before the pick-up, I was not able to pick up the truck without going into the office to finalize the rental and receive the key. I had intended to arrive 1hr before office hours and was glad that I was running late as I would have been waiting outside since the mobile app did not allow me to complete the reservation. In addition, the truck was not cleaned (crumbs and dirt inside) before pickup. thanks,
