The bldg and area were perfectly fine. The toy hauler I received had broken glass that had not been swept off, from the previous vehicle I assume. The truck windshield was extremely dirty with bug juice. I simply went in and confirmed what I was supposed to receive. I ordered a car dolly, but the closest was 30 miles away. The toy hauler didn’t come with tire straps and I wasn’t told this and didn’t realize it until they were closed and they were closed the next day, Sunday. I had to buy my own straps, which weren’t tire straps. The whole trip I had to constantly check the straps as they kept coming loose. I found out they were supposed to go over paperwork and tell me there were no straps. I suggest if U-Haul isn’t providing straps, the rental businesses sell them.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTerry’s Secure Storage is the first U-Haul experience I’ve had where they were friendly, competent, & professional. The gentleman here was simply good at what he does and provided me with a fast, exceptional service both at pick-up and drop-off. I will always recommend this location for U-Haul services.
