You changed the drop off location that I had selected and notified me via text. This is unacceptable. The confirmation email clearly stated one location that WAS NOT self drop off. I went where I was supposed to and then had to drive around and look for the location U Haul changed it to. This cost gas and time. Over an extra hour of my time wasted. My time is billed at $125/hr. I am not here to do your job for you and the contracted drop off locations. What you did is atrocious and wasted my time and money and caused a serious delay in an already hectic schedule. You want to improve… provide a discount for doing your job for you by having to self drop off or don’t have the nerve to change someone’s selected location. Oh, this change also caused me to go over the mileage allotment which in turn cost another $80. So between that and the wasted hour, you cost me $205 extra because you made a last minute change. This isn’t a critique of the location, but of U-Haul itself and the way they handled the return.
