Despite my issues at a few other locations in the area, Nel and the other gentlemen at Leonard's Tire provided good service and made me feel safe. Despite the notations on file by corporate, the manager approved the rental knowing there was no cause for concern with his staff. Thank you Leonard Tire team... your professionalism is appreciated and not commonly displayed in the valley.

drake S.The gas at pickup was just below half a tank. When I returned the truck with that much gas, I was charged $16 dollars to top it off. It was obviously checked in with less than half a tank and no one caught it at checkin from the last rental. I tried to reason with the check in person, but he didn't do anything to fix the situation.
