The app wouldn't let me load pictures when I was picking the truck up. I didn't get very good instructions on picking up the truck prior to my pick up time. It would have also been good to know I should have overestimated the time I was going to need the truck so I wouldn't have been charged for another day rental. I thought I could be done in 10 hours but it took about 13-14 but I was charged another day. It would have been nice to know I could have estimated 24 hours and not been charged an extra day!

John FI added a furniture dolly to my order and it was not included at pick up.
Elissa HMake sure someone is there to check the truck out and in. We were told an agent would be there to check us out but the place was closed at our 4 o’clock time.
