Using the UHaul app to pick up and return our rental was so easy and efficient. The staff at our pickup location were timely getting our key. Our truck was clean and a great drive. Will certainly use U-Haul for any other projects.

RAE TStaff at this location are excellent. They confirmed my reservation the day before, so we were confident a rental would be physically there when we came to pick it up the next morning. The van was well-maintained. However, it appeared to have not been cleaned from the user before. The gasoline charge for this rental was a big problem. We rented a van with a nine foot cargo area area and drove it 15 miles. It cost $13.87 to fill it before bringing it back. That is not right. I'd like $7 back, please
