It was very dark and no one showed me the van. I had to figure out how to operate everything by myself.If there was damage to the vehicle I could not see and would have been liable. This was not a good way to rent equipment.

Drop off site was fine by website process for drop off was very difficult and did not work- ended p dropping key and calling call center - billing was okay but not a good process for after hours drop off

Because my card was charge without calling to let me know why I paid other charges why I was there to pick up i paid the amount that they charge me I put the amount gas in it call them & told them I was running about five mins late she told me np problem it wouldn't be an issue cause they close at five clock any way then I woke up this moring & had a over draft fee on my bank account fee of 28 that they took & also 35 dollars over draft fee that was there & no one call me first to say anything if it was an issue I could have brought the money to the office with a good explanation on why they charge me that money I still don't know why now that's bad serivice & no I will not recommend no one this it's not fair for them to go on anyone's o account with out they knowledge I'm thinking of taking action & im a value customer I use them every year I'm not happy about this situation at all !

The cab of the van smelled like manure. The windows inside and out were so dirty, that it was difficult to see.

Staff was very good and professional, no knock on them, BUT 1. The after hours keybox and dropoff is poorly displayed. I couldn't find it, so I left the van and went home with the key, and had to return the following morning. It should BOLDLY state, RETURN VEHICLE AND KEY HERE!! (The key box faces AWAY from the building and the return entry!! Not HELPFUL!!) 2. When I tried to return the vehicle that night, the online code didn't work! Several times! STRIKE TWO! you guys can do better!!

The gentleman who checked me in made two “mistakes” in the return time on my contract (24 hours is what I reserved it for). These mistakes seemed intentional. I arrived arrived at 4:30 pm and the first mistake was assigning my rental to return at 5:00 am, which I caught as I was walking away from his desk. This was “corrected” by handing me a second contract which showed a shaving of 15 to 30 minutes off my 24 hour reservation. I was in a rush so could not wait any longer for this to be correctly assigned to 24 total hours. Further, this site is a huge sprawling location and I sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to hook the trailer up. Only after I called the main U-Haul phone number so they could message someone in the building did anyone show up to help me. I will not rent from this site again and will in fact go out of my way not to.

Lower your prices, or at least advertise them more accurately. "19.95 to rent this pickup" ended up coming out closer to forty and that left us dissatisfied.

I made a uhaul reservation at guelph and got confirmation but they cancelled it and i had to take a uhaul trailer from Albany because of that, which costed be 780 CAD instead for 100 cad ( for take it from guelph, driving to Albany and bringing it back).

Easy to get to, easy to drop off with great signage on where to pull in and where to park. The attendant looked over the truck did everything he needed to and was super helpful and timely.

The personnel at the counter who assisted me was not familiar with the uHaul data entry system and attempted to reenter all of the data I entered online already. Also wanted to enter mileage for a one-way trailer, which is not applicable. Fortunately, the co-worker next to her quickly stepped in.

I ordered a truck to pick up at one of your agents. I stopped by the day before, and told me I had to pick the truck up in Albany. I was never notified by U-haul...I would have found out the day of the move, and be paying guys to stand around while It took 3 hrs to get the truck, issues with the lights on the car carrier did not work.

I waited 40 minutes in the lot to get the trailer hooked up, then they disappeared. I had to go find them. They didn't know I was there to pickup a trailer.

dont quote one daily rate over the phone and charge a higher rate when you pick up the vehicle. the truck shimmied when driven.

Had to wait for the trailer to be returned that I reserved 5days earlier. Was not told it was not returned until I was standing at the counter. An attempt was made to locate another trailer but none were available anywhere close. Finally an attempt was made to the previous renter to find out where they were. I had to wait until they returned it. I was late to my destinations because of this. It would have been nice to be made aware of this so I could have made some kind of other arrangement. I wasn't compensated for the inconvenience.
