The pricing was a little confusing given the original reservation was $19.95 but a higher mileage rate versus what I was charged with 100 free miles but a lower mileage rate. Also when I provided the information at check in the estimated cost was about $50 lower

Car dolly was hooked up to my truck but when checking the directionals, they didn't work because dolly wiring harness was broken - had to find another one, unhook the one that was faulty and hookup another one (kind of a PITA) The kid working the yard was helpful and polite.

The employee who helped me because I was having trouble with checking in electronically was so expedious, courteous and cheerful when she helped me. Moving is a pretty stressful experience, and she was just so helpful and made getting my rental so easy!

Pick up wait at 7:30 am was too long. You appear to have lots of reservations based on the line that firmed behind us. The woman at the counter had a problem so the rep took off with the weekend man and a man came in 5-10 minutes later.

Pickup had 1/4 tank do gas. Had to fill it and returned with 1/2 tank. Didn’t receive any credit or anything. I know this is just a gimmick with how U-Haul gets more money from people. But it is a shame.

Review whether the truck has already the additional supplies that were included in the original order (e.g. covers, dolly). In my case, when I picked up the truck, the supplies were not there (despite the instructions provided online).

My only suggestion would be on weekends landing near the 1st of the month and 15th of the month (move in/out dates for most rental properties) I would have 3 or more associates at the check in counters between the hours of 8-11. I used mobile check in but sadly there were at least 14 others waiting in line who did not.

People here had excellent customer service, just saw at that moment we arrived they were understaffed and felt bad for how hard the person who checks the mileage on the truck was working but they were still friendly and clean environment '

Location is excellent. I waited in line for almost an hour.. There were way to few employees to handle the customers. I received the wrong key to a truck and discovered down the road that my truck did not match my contract. The place is extremely disorganized and lacking in staff. Very dissatisfied with the experience. Customer service on the 800 line said they had no record of my contract or name when I discovered I was issued the wrong truck. Totally incompetent girl answering the 800 line phone. You as U-Haul have to get a competent staff. Stop hiring people who don't care, don't speak English and don't have customer service skills!

Maintain your vehicles. I rented a Cargo Van-the left directional and brake light were out. I did not receive the dolly I rented and was still charged for a one day use of it. I was stopped with improper/no signal and improper passing. It was quite annoying to have this interruption during a move and an added expense. The staff was very nice at checkout but since Manager was unavailable, no claim could be filed. So the gave me partial credit for the rental, but still charged me for the dolly I did not use.

The vehicle that I rented had 400 miles more on the odometer than I was told. I immediately went in and spoke to an associate, he came out and took a picture of the reading. When I returned the vehicle, there was minimal discussion about the mileage discrepancy. Also, the gas wasn’t right either, but that was taken care of nicely. Tanner was a great help.

Awful experience, after waiting in line over an hour I was given the wrong truck even though I made my reservation over a month prior, the workers couldn't figure out how to adjust seat or mirrors, terrible. Will never rent from here again
