Nice & clean in store as well
The guy checking me out when I returned was not wearing a mask. I had to roll my window down to get the connection adapter...I wasnt happy. But other than that, Ive never had a bad experience at this location.

I was over charged my bill was 118.00 and I was charged 147.89 rip off I would like a refund of 29.89 refunded immediately. Thank you
Have an unlimited miles rate for local use... especially for pick ups and vans.. it would have been really nice to have not been so limited

I was originally given a van that was dirty and not washed. When I informed the customer service worker I was given a brand new van clean and in perfect working order. Thank you until the next rental.
Female Associate at front desk was extremely rude , cursing in conversation with my fiancÃ© . I am in this uhaul location at a minimum of twice a week for truck rental . The women made the process extremely difficult and prolonged . It took me 1.5 hours to check in and a least 2 hours to check out . I always put a card on file and pay cash to rent , the women would not take my cash even with a card on file for a payment on top of her not clarifying the original $45 she took of my card would be on hold and I would still have to pay more money on top of that . Because of this associate I will take my business to Penske and pay more for the customer service .

Don't change the pickup location of the requested vehicle. Don't misrepresent how "easy" the self-service pickup will be, and then ask for things like a photo of a passport at the time of pickup. Don't have fast talking people and people with terrible phone service call me at the last minute and try and work out details. All of this stuff should be done BEFORE the reservation is booked. Don't pretend you have the easy way to rent your trucks until it's too late for the person to do anything about it and then hit them with all these tasks when they have lots of other things already on their mind.
The van was covered in dog hair (inside) and ice and snow (outside) when I picked it up. It was difficult to locate the van and I was not able to complete the contactless check-in process. The staff was helpful when I engaged them but it was not a smooth process.
Something went wrong with the phone app as I tried to check in from the car.
Van was not cleaned, wipers were completely worn out and check engine light was on. Found old facemasks in truck.
I tried to do the contact less rental but the dolly i rented wasn't in the truck so I still had to wait for/find someone to get the dolly from. Also the process of providing my info was convoluted and i had to enter the same info twice. All in all though i was satisfied
Got charged over 100 dollars extra because the last person used mobile pick up, left the back of the truck a mess with expired oil and a bunch of other crap. Lied about the mileage, the gas. So I was charged for their doing. Had to make a bunch of phone calls was told that it would take 3 business days to dispute when they took MY money, absolutely not. Received a phone call from the manager saying I'd be refunded which is great but now I have to wait for it to go back into my account when it should've never happened in the first place. Mind you when I went to pick up the truck it was unorganized to begin with, couldn't find the keys. When I dropped off the truck there was a whole line of rentals waiting to drop off with nobody out there. Went inside and she asked â€œthere's no one out there?â€ I said no and she told me to leave the keys with her and I'd get a receipt the next day. I've rented plenty of trucks from other places. By far the WORST experience.
