Clean and secure facility with recycling area and clothing donation box. Staff is great - very helpful. Diane at the front desk is awesome! She went the extra mile for me - thank you, Diane!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe major thing I am unhappy with is the fact that U-Haul does not offer a prorated credit for a storage unit that has been surrendered prior to the next month's payment. In my case, I surrendered my unit on October 4th and my it was paid through October 27th...that is over 3 weeks rent collected by U-Haul for a unit whose rental has been terminated. I would encourage U-Haul to credit customers for unused storage time, especially in this type of scenario. I can understand not crediting if it's within a week of a renewal, but 3 weeks and not crediting is unacceptable.
Laurel C | Experiencia generalHighly recommend!
Susan F | Experiencia generalThe storage rental was easy to make, and easy to end. Great customer service in both ends.
STEPHEN B | Experiencia generalGood
Medjine C | Primeras impresionesMy stuff is dry and safe .
MICHAEL H | Primeras impresionesI appreciate the security features of the facility. However, very uncomfortable with a rat trap being placed in my unit, and the amount of mouse/rat excrement all over our stuff in our unit.
Samantha L | Experiencia generalThe facility was very clean… All the employees very professional, friendly smiled. I dealt with another storage company over the past year that was absolutely awful Public Storage … I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to that place. You’ve got a great crew there a great facility keep up the good work very impressed so far.
HERBERT S | Primeras impresionesI did see a rodent (s) at Woburn facility. Staff excellent Especially AK who closed out my storage account by phone.
jeff h | Experiencia generalWhen we showed up to move in, there was not one employee at the front counter, and no one showed up for 15 minutes. Then the staff was rude and said “you already checked in online why are you here” it was because it was my first storage unit experience I was hoping to be shown my unit, explained how to log in and out with the code etc. we didn’t receive any of that. I decided to move out after one month and will never return to this facility. On top of all that, after filling out the move out request, they never actually ran it through their system and I was charged for another month plus late fee. Thankfully uhaul support is working on fixing it but again it’s the laziness of the staff at this location causing me problems from start to finish. I will be leaving this as a Google review as well for others to see
Michael D | Experiencia generalThe spirit behind the price lock promotion -- that abusive price increases by competitors is destroying trust in the industry -- is exactly why I chose U Haul over nearby options including Public Storage and Extra Space Storage. I deeply hope that U Haul sticks with this strategy. The competitors' pricing strategies have left me hating the players, and I would love to love U Haul.
William D | Mudanza en líneaTodo estuvo bien pero creo que el personal que recibe los retornos debe ser más educado al ablarles alas personas
ESVIN J | Experiencia generalDiego was great. He is very helpful and kind!
samiha z | Primeras impresionesAlways a customer on wardrobe boxes and all the employees are kind . Respectful, professional and always help out in loading. Thanks you to all. Will absolutely be a regular customer. 👍🙏
