Drop your asking price of gas usage at 4.25 per gallon over a half tank used.. ridiculously OVERPRICED... and not user friendly for those who rent your trucks to move. I moved 20 mins away from my last spot to my new one... I can’t govern how much I use.., but this isn’t a concern to people need extra money when life falls upon them.. all in all.. my rent.. my move , lasted 2 days.. after my agreement...was good But heads up..this is U Haul.... not U Pay.:....

The truck I rented was not returned yet when I had arrived but the UHaul customer service agent was already on the case and had already spoken to the other renter before I had even arrive. He was very helpful let me rent a smaller truck when I was then going to swap put as soon as the original rental arrived back to the store. As I was pulling out of the street, the original rental was driving in so I turned around and was able to get the truck I really needed for the day within 20 minutes and he gave us a reduced rate for the inconvience. Super customer service!

Presenting a truck with 3/8ths of a tank of gasoline is unprofessional. You should present trucks with a full tank as a matter of policy. It struck me as a deliberate scam to benefit U-Haul, as returning the vehicle with 3/8ths of a tank is challenging, less involves significant fees, which leaves more - me paying for U-Haul's gasoline. Annoying customer service policy.

We ran into an issue with having to get a bigger truck versus the trailer we rented. The rep stood by as I tried to open the trailer door to look inside. He wasn't knowledgeable at all, and if I had to guess, it was probably his 2nd or 3rd day. Really frustrating on top of an already frustrating situation. Thankfully, the manager was around to swoop right in and help.

My uhual had a bad battery. It was 15 degrees outside and roadside assistance estimated up to 2 hours. I was freezing so I had to get an uber to an autozone to get $20 jumper cables then tip him well to jump me. I relayed my issues to the drop off attendant and only received a $10 discount. So the broken uhual cost me about $45 in total extra to get going, the $10 discount didn't go very far.

I thought the truck was left empty and clean. If your going to charge everyone 25.00 to sweep it out, it should just be a firm line item. I don’t get credit for leaving more fuel than I left with. Why is this not addressed?
