Receiving agent rep. apologized for the dirty floor and the wiring issue with the trailer. the trailer was immed. downed and tagged for inspection and repair. Agent rep. requested I contact the rental agent In Rochester, and inform them of the issues. I did call the Uhaul agency and voiced my complaints and concerns. I felt like I was playing "lets make a deal" witht he rep. about what I felt they should do for me. He should have refunded the total amount of the rental for my inconvienience. I suggested a 50% refund, and he agreed that would be Fair. Seriously......... Poor customer relations . performance. . totally disappointed. !!

We came around 9:15 AM, which is a busy time and required a bit of a wait. We tried using the mobile app but had some trouble - it wouldn't connect to the GPS at first and was taking a long time. We ended up working with a customer rep by 9:45 or so, which was much easier. I guess we saved time by entering our info on the app rather than in person. We did have some confusion because I reserved the truck under my name, but listed my husband as primary driver. We did a self-service drop-off after hours - all went smoothly there and our bill was sent before 8 am the next day.

Jessie was tremendous help. Once he found that a manager had cancelled my reservation that morning for some unknown reason, Jessie was very helpful in finding, calling and confirming a trailer for me. It was incredibly inconvenient for me, but he made it work as best he could.

We dropped the vehicle off during the evening prior to return date . The next thing we see this crazy charge . We were then falsey accused of damaging the roof and inside the van with something they referred to as monkey paste . These things were not done by us. That location has very poor management and not people friendly . We are going to take this further to court if necessary. Let the judge decide.

The vehicles brakes were extremely warped. The customer service person didn’t seem at all happy to be there and was just going through the motions. I received the truck and the agent I was was working with didn’t care at all to look over the truck or check the validity of the information on the agreement. The truck had less fuel then stayed and I had to talk to another agent to make sure it was documented. Two days prior I went to the location to see if there was a truck available and the lady that I dealt with had just yelled at a customer and then greeted me. Not a great experience and will probably choose another location or another company in the future when I do move out of my storage unit.

Very displeased with the service I received from uhaul. I have been a loyal customer and have rented from Uhaul many times but I will being to search elsewhere in the future. My truck was downsized the night before without telling me despite me booking nearly a month in advance. This completely hampered my moving efforts. Furthermore, the truck I received had numerous pieces of trash on the drivers side.

Unclear rules. Jenifer the manager used bad words while was serving the customers. Give me the wrong equipment. The vehicle was clearly with break issues. Overcharged me $95 for few over miles, which is unfair. If this location is the U-Haul standard, I will never recommend to anyone.

I was taken advantage of. I did not have a U-Haul employee walk around the vehicle with me at the beginning of the day and what a mistake because I was absolutely charged for something I did not do. I have 3 eye witnesses and we were never out of sight of the vehicle. However, at the end of the day, there was an "undocumented scratch" on the bottom of the right rear door and they wacked me $150. They pointed it out, asked if I did it, which I confidently responded "no" to because I didn't hit or was not hit all day, then they charged me anyways. Also, because the vans are leased, the otherwise useless insurance doesn't cover ANYTHING; something that was absolutely not explained fully to me. I will be taking my business to Penske Trucks, or basically anyone else, after this experience unless I am compensated. A 64$ truck turned into a $208 nightmare. I will be telling every person I know in Boston not to use U-Haul anymore. Horrible Experience.

I picked up from the Uhaul location in Woburn, Ma. The owner Jennifer was AMAZING!!! Had the best attitude and customer service!!!! She was even training one of her staff and was so kind, funny, professional and just awesome!!!

Van was wicked dirty when I got it. Came back to return it at 1230pm and the woman at the desk said there was no one there who could check it in so I would have to come back later or do a selfcheckout. I just put the keys in the box and left.

The guy was curt. And there was a floating piece of packing paper left from the move and he pointed at it and said, "Is that yours?"as if it was such a burden to move a piece of paper that I had accidentally left there, or at least call it what it is (trash).

Again the location seemed understaffed for a weekend. Went into office to drop off keys and there were about 4-5 groups in front of me and no one in the office. Although when the employee came by, my self and 1 other customer were able to just leave our keys with the employee and not wait in line

Work on the staff customer service skills. I waited between 3 to 5 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. I could tell everyone was busy, though a simple “I’ll be right with you” would have been appreciated.

Nicely run facility, helpful, friendly definitely different from past experiences from the '80's which is the last time I rented from Uhaul.
