Highly recommend. They were very helpful in directing me where to drop off the trailer and assisted with the unhooking of the trailer.

RICARDO CThe truck itself was clean and ran properly. However, when I arrived for my 8am pick up I was told that the car only had 1/4 tank of gas (and once I got in the truck it was actually less than that). This was really inconvenient because it meant I had to stop twice for gas on a moving day. I'm not saying the truck had to be completely full, but having less than a quarter tank was not ideal. Additionally, the truck I was provided was 5th in the line up of trucks which was odd for an 8am pick up. Instead of just pulling out and being on my way, I had to reverse out of the back of the line, 3-point turn to get out of the parking lot, and then get on my way. With some better planning, my 8am pick up could have gone a lot smoother. I hope this is something the local team can improve upon.

Kristine Kyou all screwed me big time! got there at 700 AM for a "remote" pickup, spent 30 min out in the cold trying to figure it out - turns out whoever closed the night before forgot to set the rental up that way. Had to come back 2 hours later - then sit in a 15 min line - really messed up my day. NOT good.
MATTHEW AJust very good, pretty smooth all around. Communication could have been clearer at times -- Phone app does not cover everything as suggested on certain automated telephone responses. Movers on Boston end (came to Extra Space Storage in Auburndale) were excellent.
STEPHAN PThe vehicle I had needed brake, transmission and steering column work. It didn't shift smoothly at all. The brakes were hard to push down, making it difficult to stop. The steering wheel was fairly"loose". The wheel did not stay still ever, while I was driving it. At one point I was driving straight but the wheel was turned a little to either side. It was not horizontal. The rental experience was smooth and the building is immaculate. I would rent there again.

GREGORY OThere were some hiccups in the system which necessitated several calls to make sure the U-boxes would be delivered properly. We do love all the people who work for U-box: the drivers are flexible and professional, as are the people working the phone. Would definitely work with Uhaul again to rent a u-box.

MARGARET OAmilcar and his team went above and beyond to handle my truck rental. The truck I received from Amilcar was brand new and perfect! I requested to reserve 2 items for his location, but unfortunately, one piece of equipment was at another location about 20 miles away. Sadly the item was dispatched to us with a flat tire and we could not use the equipment that day. Thankfully Amilcar and his team took care of us early the next morning ensuring the equipment was repaired changed and ready to go for us even though it came from another location. They were extremely friendly and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible given the unexpected delays. I would highly recommend their facility and team. ¡Gracias!
RACHEL GI tried to post this on your app when I dropped off the truck: the truck worked fine but the dashboard lights did not work and it was difficult to shift into Park.
WALTER HService was awesome and I even had the unfortunate but awesome experience with the road side service assistance and she was great and the guy that came to change tire was also very friendly and gave me a call alpha few times to make sure I knew he was coming. Thanks for your service.
JAMES SI am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with UHaul: the convenience and ease of use was impressive. Every time I needed help with some aspect of the experience I was able to find that help whether it was on the the phone or in person on site. I was able to access my belongings when I needed to as well as have them picked up and delivered in a timely manner. Thank you to everyone involved, another successful move completed. ¡Hurra!
Timothy CThe wrong U-box container was delivered on my scheduled move-in date, resulting in the third-party moving company having to bring that one back to the storage facility and delaying their delivery of the correct container multiple times throughout the day with very poor communication on their part as well as U-Haul. I did receive a partial refund from U-Haul which I appreciate, but this was still overall a negative experience, so I will strongly hesitate to use this service again.
Shane DStorage was fine but walls were not. Accessibility was horrible, they should make another door at the back of the building. If i knew it was that far from the gate I would never ever rented it. The staff was really rude the couple of times at first but then it got wayyy better with kind people up in the front. I would recommend the store to someone but i would tell them to not get the once in the back. You have to walk all the way to the back to carry everything.

I ended up checking myself out and taking my own pictures. They only engaged with me when I was finished and needed to hand over the keys. It would be great if they could prioritize customer assistance over casual conversations.
VICTOR CWent to my storage unit and my lock had been cut off and replaced for no reason. Had to wait while they cut off the lock again and gave me a new one. My bill has been on autopay for years!! Just got an email from the GM saying sorry to see me go?! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then they delivered it to the UHaul location I requested, stored it & had it ready when I needed it. Really an outstanding job! Thank you for being so wonderful when I was struggling with how I was going to get my stuff to another state - to a new home that wasn't ready to be moved into yet.

CONOR MSuper easy loading, however my U-Box was stored at the wrong location with no notification at all. My box was misplaced and lost for several days, my movers were forced to cancel the job after waiting 7+ hours for the U-box to be located. I had issues with receiving pro-rated payment to rebook movers, and ultimately was only contacted after days of not having my belongings. The Woburn location did not organize my billing very well and were attempting to bill me for an extra month since their location had never located the box.
Sofia PI reserved the trailer for 3:00 pm, the trailer was not available until 4:30. The counter fellow was very apologetic and tried to call the guy that was using it I have to rent that type of trailer several times a year so I really hope this doesn't happen again
EDWIN SI want to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received during my recent truck rental. I had a confirmed reservation for a 15-foot truck, along with multiple equipment dollies, but when I arrived at the location, I was informed that there were no more 15-foot trucks available, despite my reservation. Furthermore, none of the equipment I had reserved was available either. To make matters worse, I was directed to pick up the equipment from your Wilmington location, which caused additional delay. This delay (total 1 hour) severely disrupted my moving schedule, adding unnecessary stress and logistical complications. I had expected better from U-Haul, especially considering the importance of moving day and the confirmed reservation. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with an explanation for why this occurred, as well as any compensation that may be offered for the inconvenience and impact on my move.

GARY OYour advertising, I went in for your $20 rentals and ended paying $247 and I'm still wondering how cause I had it for three day (60) and a hundred miles (1.23x100=123) but the people who worked there was awesome so I don't mind paying cause they made the experience better but I could've and for future will use another service to move cause I was not expecting hula to tax so much for the milage. But overall they are plan and easy to work with and you might not mind the price if your expecting to pay just wish they were upfront about in they're advertising

JAWAD RShipping company received UBox from Woburn on time. The shipping company delivered the box four days after guaranteed delivery date. Woburn U-Haul Staff and Management were not responsible for delay or lack of transparency on the part of the shipping company.
Andrew DI always choose this location for the rental because everyone is pleasant, corteaus, and excellent customer service.
GLENNYS AThe only reason I checked average rather higher is because of the problems at pick up on 9/5/24. My pick up time was 7am. I did not leave with my van until almost 8:30am because the system was down. The employee said we could check out on the app however neither he, I, or another customer could figure out how to do it on the app. Extremely frustrating!! Finally the system came up and I could check out my van.
EDUARD WThe contract said there was 3/4 of a tank of gas but there was less than a quarter. When I brought it to the facilities attention, they said it couldn't be changed in the system. Recommended I take a picture and show at the retuning location. Also engine light was on
JOHN BI was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the U-Box process. My first time using this service and I was impressed with the level of communication and customer service. In today's market it seems most companies are declining in their level of service, but this was top notch. Well done and I would highly recommend U-Box to others with moving needs. Keep up the great work! Also, I was very happy with the moving help that was recommended. Again, overall a great experience.

BENJMIN RTook a couple minutes to find where to go, could use slightly clearer signage directing traffic. Trailer hitches get dropped off a distance away from the trucks which is not clear at all when entering the lot, and was not explained to me at all beforehand. This could be quite a chore if timed incorrectly. The personnel were great though and helped me as quickly as they could.

Upon locating my unit there was a tag on it that said it was available and that the tag should have been removed when it was reserved and rented, so I was unsure if I could put my stuff there and had to run back to the office to check with the associate. Overall just a very unsure process as nothing was spelled out or confirmed before entering the unit.

I was given a unit that had no elevator access and required that we carry everything up a short flight of stairs. That it is one of the reasons I switched to another storage unit at Public Storage.

Then U-Haul was very aggressive about calling & sending mail to every address on file. I got passed between corporate and the local site because no one could update my profile or see an audit trail to see what happened to my account. This happened again at the end of my contract - I cancelled, got confirmation from the manager that things were complete, only to be charged again the next month. When they charged me they also called and mailed my secondary person on file. Storage facility was good. Website not good. Checkout/closing experience (after multiple years using this storage) was very bad.
