Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulEmily is an amazing Manager! Always responsive and respectful
Donnell G | Experiencia generalThe lady I spoke to on the phone was absolutely amazing and friendly and worked with me more then I expected someone would!
Will G | Primeras impresionesMy storage got broke into. I told manager who didn't report it. Employees are NOT trained to help anyone. Had money taken without being told. The whole experience was ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend to anyone
Tabitha P | Experiencia generalI was charged a month rent without authorization and complained and no one responded to the complaint other than the person who charged me. I moved out of the unit and a staff called to check if I moved. I clarified I needed the storage unit longer as I was moving more stuff stored. The unit was closed and I paid rent for all of May. Very disappointed.
EKatrina J | Experiencia generalAccidentally let the auto payment go through when I no longer needed the storage unit. The manager prorated it back to me when technically they didn’t need to. Amazing service.
NICHOLAS G | Experiencia generalThey are trash people who stole our belongings after working out a deal
Katelyn S | Experiencia generalIf you show up before 11a.m. The girl working can’t do anything! You have to wait for Emily to arrive. So hours of operation should be 11a.m. Onward not 8:00 a.m.
Bobbi J | Primeras impresionesWhile the facility did the job. The cancel process is a bit much. I cleaned the unit, on the 31st. I was only storing a car. I attempted to close my account with multiple calls to the local office. I then spoke with a rep from the 800 number. They left a message with the local office no return call. I continued to call. No answer. I finally got a person, who was new. She explained the situation and her manager would contact. I waited and contacted myself. I was told the account is closed. I then checked my credit card and was charged for a month and a late fee. I called back, was told the manager was out. And I they would call me back. 24 hours later, still waiting. As of now, I wouldn't recommend. It's not my fault the office is unreachable.
HOLLY H | Experiencia generalGood stuff. We used a combination of UHaul and pods moving and storage for our move. U-haul was great Pods was a complete nightmare. Thank you U-Haul people
EDMUND D | Experiencia generalOnly downside was pricing but what Becky did for us was priceless
JACOB D | Experiencia generalThe general manager in Waterville Emily did an amazing job. I would highly recommend the Waterville U-Haul and storage. The storage was spotless easy and we really feel like the Waterville U-Haul rescued us!!!
Hilary C | Experiencia generalThe manager Emily was a lifesaver. She did a great job♥️ she really is great✅ you have a great store there ✅it’s spotless💪🏻✅💪🏻 I even used the bathroom ✅seriously great people really caring smart and on top of it👌
Hilary C | Primeras impresionesHad my unit for over 15 years. Once Uhaul bought out these units from the last owners. I stayed with them and had no issues. They even let me clean out my unit and take my belongings. I was behind over 2 months in payment and I didn't expect to be able to do this but they were polite and more than helpful. Thank you Uhaul of Hayden for being so kind!
ISSAC J | Experiencia generalThe site staff were professional and accommodating. I appreciate their help and the storage unit rental. Thanks, JPD
