The Webster MA location did right by me and I love that new storage facility where the old K-Mart Store used to be. What a great use of an empty space! U-Haul has upped their game since the last time I moved and I'm happy for that.

Ted, your employee. Was not very helpful to me. He handed me the key card and told me I had to swipe it twice and that’s all he did. So I went out back and swipe the key card in one location and then swiped it again in another location and it was asking me for my code. So I went back in, and there was another employee there, who had just started his job and didn’t know very much about anything but he was very helpful to me. he finally showed me how to swipe the card and get the big doors open and then go to. The second box and swipe that and that door opened. That Ted guy is useless not good for business. Sorry, but I do like the storage location in the cleanliness and everything else about your business is excellent.
