Miss U-Haul self storage location is absolutely by far the best because of the simple the things that people overlook that mean so much more when acknowledged. The facility manager went above and beyond to help me with my obstacles for the time I needed a self-storage unit. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend them to everybody I know hand

gail w | Overall ExperienceTed, your employee. Was not very helpful to me. He handed me the key card and told me I had to swipe it twice and that’s all he did. So I went out back and swipe the key card in one location and then swiped it again in another location and it was asking me for my code. So I went back in, and there was another employee there, who had just started his job and didn’t know very much about anything but he was very helpful to me. he finally showed me how to swipe the card and get the big doors open and then go to. The second box and swipe that and that door opened. That Ted guy is useless not good for business. Sorry, but I do like the storage location in the cleanliness and everything else about your business is excellent.
