Storage accommodation is excellent.
Evelyn F. | First ImpressionsThe staff immediately told me no that I was unable to use my free 30 day storage. They did not try to get clarification or anything and just said No. They clearly have it posted about the free storage but failed to know the requirements. This was a complete turn off for me and did not feel valued as a customer. I had to call the Uhaul customer myself in the parking lot to make the reservation. It was 3 staff members including the manager that did not help in the matter. It was easy for them to just say no it was last year when you had your one way you can't do it. The experience made me feel not at ease and I knew that I quickly needed to secure my property elsewhere but at the time I was really pushed for time so I went with them.
