My favorite part of this facility frankly, was the customer service. Over the roughly 7 years that I stored my belongings there you guys were pretty awesome. I was especially thankful for Imogene on a number of occasions

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy favorite part of this facility frankly, was the customer service. Over the roughly 7 years that I stored my belongings there you guys were pretty awesome. I was especially thankful for Imogene on a number of occasions
HOLLEY W | Experiencia generalHave been a customer for many years, always good service. I would rent again.
JAMES W | Experiencia generalVery nice and accommodating management.
John L | Experiencia generalExcellent staff members ...the best customer service I've seen in a long time! Be blessed 🙌!
Christien C | Experiencia generalImo is fantastic! She runs the front office, she is so kind and helpful. I appreciate her for helping my son and I during our tenuous move.
Heather S | Experiencia generalI used this facility for many years. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and there were no damage/issues with any of my items when I moved them out. I would definitely use this facility again.
SONJA S | Experiencia generalWe were very pleased with our experience at the facility.
Michael I | Experiencia generalNice staff, clean and dry units.
EUGENE H | Experiencia generalThe place is clean and the rates are reasonable, but the office staff isn't very knowledgeable. When I opened an account, the information was entered incorrectly and I was overcharged. Later, when I stopped by the office to ask a question, the staff person was sitting outside, talking on the phone, and didn't see me walk past her and enter the office. I had to go back outside and get her attention. When I closed the account, the computer died and needed rebooting twice. Once it was finally running, I had to tell the person at the counter how to access the reservation software, as well as help her navigate it. I was owed a refund for the last month's rent, but was told the only person who could do that was on vacation and that I would have to ask again later. They are very nice and accommodating there. They just maybe need to train their desk staff a bit better. And invest in new office equipment.
Melanie M | Experiencia generalImagene is the BEST!! Thanks for always finding ways to make things happen. If/when there is a need for storage in the future either for myself or anyone else, you'll be my top recommendation. Thanks again! :-)
Amber B | Experiencia generalThe staff was great, the location was good. There weren’t enough trees in the area to cool it off in the summer and In the winter there were gutters right outside the units which I imagine they’ll be a lot of mice and rats during the winter. Too expensive especially for these older factors.
Ramona L | Experiencia generalStaff was extremely helpful and was delightful to use this facility
