carl h | Overall ExperienceWe checked in at the office and made a pass code for our unit. We drove to the storage facility and the gate was open so we drove right in. The keypad to the building was broken so the doors were open, anyone could walk in. We went to our assigned storage unit and we couldn’t get it open. We called the office and they tried to help us, but because the passcode box wasn’t working, our unit wouldn’t open. We spent over an hour trying to access a unit and the office finally assigned us a different one that we were able to open and put our belongings in. When we came back two weeks later to move our stuff out, our passcode that we had set up would not work at the gate. Once again, we had to spend time waiting in line at the office to be able to reset our passcode to get in to the facility. I think we reset our passcode three or four times. again, we spent over an hour just trying to get into the facility to access our belongings. The staff was nice, the storage facility was clean and in a good location, but it was ridiculous how difficult it was because the keypad lock wasn’t working and then our passcode wasn’t working at the gate. I think they need to figure out their computer entry system.
Amy M | Overall Experienceuhaul company stuff was in my storage unit when I first moved into the unit. It was also dirty. I had to go to the office multiple times because of denied access at the storage building. The only reason I could access my storage unit was because the building lock was malfunctioning. The lock was broken for the duration of my storage use. When exiting the facility the gate sensor was broken - gate would not open from the inside.
