Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGreat facility great people great job
Charles E | Overall ExperienceStaff was very helpful and knowledgeable
Christopher H | Overall ExperienceToo expensive and your managers are very unprofessional. You guys are by far the most expensive storage facility
Carrie G | Overall ExperienceMy husband and I downsized and sold our house, but wasn’t ready to get rid of everything just yet. We stored with U-Haul and it was a wonderful experience. However, and not, but, on move out day, we discovered a leak in the gutter system, which drained into our unit and soaked the base of one of our boxes.Unfortunately the box was destroyed and being the base box, caused all the other stacked on top of it to tip over. Luckily, no material damage was done. Mike came out and inspected and made sure my property was OK. Just something I wanted to note that U-Haul should keep an eye on. Otherwise, pure bliss and I will certainly consider storing with U-Haul again.
LATEESHA P | Overall ExperienceStaff was prompt and even helped me start the logistics of unloading/detaching trailer prior to open. Also, I had trouble fitting Uhaul in a spot to allow for an easy move in. The staff helped me with this which was 100% a huge help and greatly appreciated. The only prevention from “5” star, would be if hours were extended slightly. At least for spring/summer, hours modified for sun up to sun down.
DANIEL W | First ImpressionsI was very impressed with the staff at this facility. they were very accommodating during the snow storm and I appreciate all that they did to assist me. I especially want to send a special thank you and recognition to Michael Kafant the general manager. I can definitely see why he is a general manager he was very professional in every contact with him and had an amazing mannerism. He was able to handle several task while everything around him seemed chaotic. He is an amazing asset to the UHAUL organization and I again want to recognize him for his patience, professionalism and just his kindness make my move so much better and not let me also mention how KNOWLEDEABLE he is. again GREAT asset and I do hope that UHAUL will share this with the team at the Peen Randall place location. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!
MARY R | Overall ExperienceHad to move because rates were going up to fast.
Henry M | Overall ExperienceStarted great ended terrible would not recommend this location to any one for storage
Tozshe C | Overall ExperienceI had the unit since 2019 and the price just kept going up. Other wise I may have stayed longer.
CHRISTINE C | Overall ExperienceThe hours that you can get into your unit are not good. I may need to get in my unit at 8 o’clock 9 o’clock at night and I can’t because you guys are closed. That’s very inconvenience.
TYRONE B | First ImpressionsGreat staff. Knowledgeable and friendly
