Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOur move went smoothly and we can go to storage when we need to.
Betsy G | Primeras impresionesJohn and Savannah were excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant.
Bonita P | Primeras impresionesI love yall and would recommend yall 100 percent
Moneshia H | Experiencia generalHad mouse problems, but other than that it was great service
Candice B | Experiencia generalJohn,,Uvunda & crew great customer service
Mark C | Primeras impresionesYes the facility was nice but I dont believe that everything was handalled correctly instead of sending me a notice that my unit was about to be late they charged me a late fee and I was going to take my stuff out of the unit and they charged me for another month even though I had take everything out of my unit and told them I do not want another month of my unit
XAVIER M | Experiencia generalThe man working the front, older man, is incredibly welcoming and caring about doing a good job/ helping the customer. Give him a raise
Shiloh M | Mudanza en líneaUvunda is outstanding manager and very helpful! Roderick went above and beyond with his service and making sure to answer any questions others may have had. Savannah and McKala always willing to help with any questions! Great Place to rent a storage unit or vechicles from!
Matthew L | Experiencia generalA great storage facility and friendly staff. The general manager Uvunda Bagley is the best. She makes sure all the customers needs are met.
BRANDY E | Experiencia generalThe whole process was smooth and easy, even after I received an Ee-Alert Mr. John was extremely NICE KIMD AND PATIENT, he didn't get a bit frustrated or annoyed and it was time for him to get off and go home, he exceeded that time to make sure my needs were met, GREAT MAN ....
Alexis Y | Primeras impresionesThe gate was never working the entire time. I was had my storage there the key I had to change three times to get it to work. You can’t get in and out of the parking lot very the storage facility was hard to drive in because of the road conditions and the storage door doesn’t stay open so it just completely falls and when I talk to the people online, they said one price and inside the store was completely different price
Amanda H | Experiencia generalWhen it comes to moving, they know what they're doing, especially the front desk help. IT MADE OUR MOVE VERY EASY AND AFFORDABLE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
PAUL P | Experiencia generalIt was a very good experience. I would recommend the store at 311 N Northwest Loop 323 in Tyler to anyone that needs to rent a truck or a storage space.
Billy B | Experiencia generalI called to ask if the 15x10 unit was available and if the 1 month free promotion applied for renting a truck. The website was showing 3 available. The representative at the facility said there were no 15x10 climate controlled units at the facility. I settled for reserving a 10x10. Upon arriving I discovered that I was instead given 2 5x10 units. I called to solve the issue and got the same rep on the phone. She said 2 5x10 units were the same as a 10x10. I explained that even though the square footage was the same, I needed 10x10 feet with NO divider in the middle which is what I reserved. She blamed it on "the system" and insisted 2 5x10s where the same as a 10x10. After arguing with her for some while I said that I could make 3 5x10s work. She said "okay so thats the same as a 15x10" (its not). "I can just put you in the 15x10 thats in the same building". Keep in mind this is the SAME woman who told me they DO NOT have ANY 15x10s when I called the first time. The facility is also poorly maintained. The barb wire is cut along the entire back fence and theres trash everywhere. Over all extremely disappointed and will not be using this location again.
