DENA T | Experiencia generalThank you for your assistance during this move. Very friendly staff.
BEATRICE R | Experiencia generalFriendly folks. Very helpful. Only there a short time but everything smooth as silk.
ALAN B | Experiencia generalWe are on the waiting list for 45w foot unit at this same storage facility.
TRACEY N | Experiencia generalAbsolutely had a great experience, I liked the person being in the office to do business face to face. I will do business with yall again and I will refer yall to anyone I know needing a unit for storage. Great job.
JOHNNA L | Experiencia generalCustomer service was great. Thank you for your kindness!
DORETHA P | Experiencia generalStaff was very helpful and nice . I'll be a repeat customer
MARK M | Experiencia generalYour storage company was great. The problem is that I recently bought a boat to store and once I was in the process of placing it in storage there was not enough room outside to maneuver in the space. I just didn’t plan on my truck and trailer being so long. I planned on staying there for a long time but it would not fit. The ladies running your place are so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I wish it would have worked out.
REX W | Experiencia generalThe only reason I moved my things out is because I could no longer afford it. The staff that I encountered was great and always helpful thank you so much.
MEREDITH H | Experiencia generalVery affordable Clean Will definitely use again
NAIDEIYIA S | Experiencia generalVery professional staff & answer any questions promptly.
DON W | Experiencia generalHad storage unit for at least 3 years. Never had any issues. Thank you for excellent service.
FREDDIE B | Experiencia generalA great storage place at a good value. Highly recommend.
Jon P | Experiencia generalHave been using East Texas Storage off and on since about 2014, using different size units that I required at times. Never have I been dissatisfied with them.
JOSEPH C | Experiencia generalThank you for allowing me to rent from y'all and working with me as y'all have HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND MERRY CHRISTMAS
JEANNETT M | Experiencia generalWe had no problems with the facility. We would use them again in the future if needed. Thank you guys for being so kind and taking care of us.
