Chums corners location was the worst location I’ve ever been to. Not even just one employee. They ALL were too high to pay attention to what we were saying. Ask me how I know. Oh because we saw 3 of them at least hitting a dab pen in your parking lot. Terrible location! Terrible management. Overcharged us at least $500. Will never be back and will always leave bad reviews if asked. Never again. I’ll pay a moving company next time.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkU-Haul stores over on 31 is a great place to keep your stuff. everything is very secure and makes you feel like your belongings are in good hands. I fell into some hard times and got really behind and thought I was going to lose my stuff and they work things out with me and let me get my stuff out and wiped out my debt and I mean things happen unfortunately and some places won't work with you at all so for them doing this for me I can't thank them enough. thank you you guys there any office I'm the one on the third floor that had the two units.. it was a battle with just me and my wife in a little car getting it empty but you guys worked with us and didn't let us lose our stuff so we greatly thank you and we would definitely recommend this place.

GRETCHEN S | Overall ExperienceFirst time we rented we were billed for unreturned items because staff didn’t do their job and check everything in. Jacob was very helpful the next day and fixed everything. Money was returned. When we rented again we were charged 4gal of gas when the gage was over 1:4 of tank when we got it and used about a gallon for the trip and returned it little over 1/4 the gage hardly moved. Called the next day and staff said they would adjust but never did.

I really did not want put my mattresses and nice belongings inside a pole barn or garage type storage so this was perfect. The carts provided, the hours, the staff I’ll definitely be back in the future if I need storage again!
