The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. When the snow is plowed it left a drift in front of the door. The drift was at least 30” high at one point so I had to shovel or just not be able to get into my storage unit.

CHRISTOPHER M | Experiencia generalCustomer service at this location is severely lacking. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone for help. I waited a month for a resolution on my pending move out for my storage unit, I only got my issue resolved by going into the location. My email to the listed contact and phone calls went unanswered. This was extremely frustrating to deal with while also trying to manage a large move. I understand staffing can be short, but this experience has made me think I won’t ever return to this location. If the owners don’t value staffing a store so it can be properly operational, it shows a great lack of care for their customers and staff. I also recently rented a 20 foot truck. The pick up experience was less than expected. Staff had issues pulling up my reservation, they stated the truck under my rental isn’t showing as available. I originally selected a mobile check in, but my vehicle wasn’t ready for this so I had to go in, wait in line, wait for staff to sort out the computer issues. This ate into my tight schedule. We requested 2 utility dolly’s and 2 furniture dolly’s. When we arrived we were informed they didn’t have all the right equipment available. Thankfully they were able to substitute a larger dolly, but I am disappointed that you can reserve equipment and still not have it guaranteed. Staff offered to load the equipment for us, we let them. We got our house to start packing and realized they didn’t give us any of our furniture dolly’s, this meant we had to drive back, spend more of our rental time and gas to get the equipment we paid for. Uhaul advertises the ease of renting with them, but I’m really disappointed. Ultimately I got my equipment, but in the future I don’t think I will choose uhaul again- for storage or trucks.
Rachael C | Experiencia generalBest Uhaul shop in the state.
William G | Experiencia generalChums corners location was the worst location I’ve ever been to. Not even just one employee. They ALL were too high to pay attention to what we were saying. Ask me how I know. Oh because we saw 3 of them at least hitting a dab pen in your parking lot. Terrible location! Terrible management. Overcharged us at least $500. Will never be back and will always leave bad reviews if asked. Never again. I’ll pay a moving company next time.
terrance w | Experiencia generalU-Haul stores over on 31 is a great place to keep your stuff. everything is very secure and makes you feel like your belongings are in good hands. I fell into some hard times and got really behind and thought I was going to lose my stuff and they work things out with me and let me get my stuff out and wiped out my debt and I mean things happen unfortunately and some places won't work with you at all so for them doing this for me I can't thank them enough. thank you you guys there any office I'm the one on the third floor that had the two units.. it was a battle with just me and my wife in a little car getting it empty but you guys worked with us and didn't let us lose our stuff so we greatly thank you and we would definitely recommend this place.
Jeremy W | Experiencia generalJason was very cool and helpful!
Mike C | Primeras impresionesNicest, cleanest, and most secure storage unit I’ve ever seen. All of the staff were always friendly and very helpful, which is ideal in a place where many customers are often stressed during a move. 11/10 all around, 5 stars no notes!
