I like that there are many staff on at one time. Also the staff are extremely helpful. The locker area is kept clean and easy to move around. I was on a bit of a hill unloading the trailer I rented from you. One of your staff came over and helped me push the cart up the hill to the door. Thank you and please pass on to your staff that they are making a difference in your experience.

I want to double emphasize that the staff there have been consistently helpful and willing to go above and beyond, and are a major reason why I continue to use Uhaul services and go to this specific Uhaul location. Unfortantely my storage unit did have a rat infestation, and I had to move my things out quickly; so I cannot in good conscience reccomend the location or use it again until the issue is solved for sure.
