I lived in GUILDFORD Surrey BC I WANT TO RENT 6 x12 cargo enclosed trailer I have rented it from Langley but it’s a long way to pick it up from my place. There is U-Haul on king George blvd they saying. It is not available. Nearly all the time there is never 6 x 12 trailer on king George I would like to see 6x12 so I can rent it it is close to my place. I have rent 5x8 cargo enclosed for last two months n 6x12 trailers too 604 396 5384 text only

More staff on the weekend. People moving into condos have a time limit of two hours for the elevator booking. Having a reservation online should’ve made the process smoother but it took half an hour. They change my contract before inspecting the car. They didn’t give me my mattress protector.

You assigned me a truck that I couldn't drive because it was blocked off by objects and other cars in the parking lot. I was late to my moving appointment and had to rush everything. Terrible experience.

Booked a 10 foot truck on Sunday, September 29th. Got there, was told no trucks available, only cargo vans. Cargo van wouldn’t fit queen size bed and the rest of my stuff. Called reservation department, explained why happened. Nice lady on the phone tried to find a truck at other locations, but none available because end of month. Work 6 days a week so had to reschedule the booking for next Sunday, October 6. She transferred me to customer service for a reservation guarantee and a $50 dollar credit. Got a 10 foot truck on October 6. Called the next day to receive credit of 50$. Got them to apply the credit. Thank you Misty and Demina. 3 starts because not receiving the right truck size on the day of the move is a big deal. Lots of planning goes into a move. Reservations have to be made, elevator booked, move in fees, asking friends to help to move etc. reservations are suppose to be 100% are the not? If can’t honor the reservation then don’t make one.

The shop was suppose to close at 7pm as it says on the door and website And they closed almost a half hour earlier. So now I haven’t gotten my deposit back and I have extra late fees. I don’t live in the area so now I have to bus back to try and get my full deposit back. It’s very frustrating that the store would close at the wrong time. When I asked why they closed early the answer an employee gave me was “We don’t get paid passed 7 so we like to close earlier so we can leave on time” This is unacceptable and unfair to the customer. The customer should come first, and the shop should be open till it’s proper time. I will not be using this location ever again.

The 26ft truck that I rented drives horrible, the alignment was off make driving while raining scary. This is the second time I had a bad experience with U-Haul trucks.

I am part of a group of management trainees for Canada's largest integrated distributors for the construction industry. We relocate very often. As it stands, here is the story I will be telling everyone: I would have liked a 17' truck but they were unavailable. Accordingly, I settled for a 20' truck, instead. One day before my move, U-Haul contacted me to let me know that they only had 26' trucks available. Having no other option, I agreed. The truck came with less than 1/8 of a bar of fuel. I immediately had to drive to a gas station and spent over $200 on gas. When I tried to go home after fueling up, the U-Haul would not start. I had to wait an hour for the U-Haul Service Representative to show up. The technician jumped the rental truck. We were able to drive about 50 meters on to Columbia Street in New Westminster (Vancouver) before the truck stalled blocking both lanes of traffic. This is one of the busiest streets in the lower mainland and I was harassed by a lot of onlookers. It took about 40 minutes for the technician to diagnose the problem. It was very low on oil and transmission fluid. He ran to a nearby gas station to buy some, and put it in to the truck. We finally got the U-Haul moving. The technician told me that he would take the U-Haul back to his shop for inspection and asked me to follow him in his service vehicle. Again, having no other option, I agreed. The technician sped off and I hopped in his truck. I reached down for the technician, and to my surprise, the keys were missing. They were in the technician's pocket. I sat for the next hour in the middle of Columbia street waiting for him to return. A truck driver spit on me when he drove by. U-Haul charged me the full amount after the entire ordeal. I was late moving out of my apartment which upset my landlord. I also missed my drop off appointment to ship my personal vehicle and my co-workers had to do this on my behalf on another date.

I had a temporary license and live agent took more than 30 minutes to verify it. I submit it 5 times they don’t have knowledge about temporary licenses.. please work on it

I was contacted less then 24 hours in advance and my reservation was changed 3 times. When I went to pick up my truck the location was changed without my knowledge to a different location and pick up time. The customer rep at this location was able to secure a truck for me.

My overall experience with U-Haul Langley and Head Office was horrible as they took my reservation on moving day but had given the unit away by the time I arrived with my goods, but Surrey was great.

UHaul has e-mailed me to ask me to comment on Ubox service in Surrey, B.C. I have never had a UBox there. I never booked any UHaul service in Surrey, B.C. UHaul online system is broken. Don't trust it

My review for U-Haul is poor. Customer service was awful she set me up for a storage unit telling me it was free and when I got to the space it was $119.00. telling me it wasn't free so I went to PC

My experience with UHauil has been horrible. 3 Customer Action Reports I filed, that's how bad it was. Though I was compensated for the frustration and turmoil - I will never use them again.

When we came to pick up our uship boxes. They were not ready for the time we were promised they would be ready. The boxes were loaded on the trailer incorrectly and needed to be reloaded... No space.

Staff fooling around in vehicles. Only one trolley available to move my items. When asking staff for assistance they are nonchalant and surly. Not happy with the frequent price increases.
