The storage facility was probably the worst experience I have ever dealt with. From moving in to moving out. I wish it was something good I could say about my dealings with th facility but the only thing that was good about this location is that Chris went above and beyond to rectify the issue at hand. When I moved into the unit I was told it would fit 2bed 2bath and it was the size of my closet. The second issue is that there is no gate code (was told it would be sent a week after I moved in July) and never got it. The staff at the facility had the worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever encountered. But Chris definitely was very helpful despite all the other issues

WILLARD W | First ImpressionsOutstanding. The young lady assisting us was so helpful. We were scheduled to unload there, then drive our trailers a half hour away to drop. She worked it out that we could leave the trailers with her. We were covered in sweat, exhausted from moving, and so grateful to her. We wanted to tip her but neither of us had cash. We agreed we'd hope to see her in the future to tip her then out of gratitude for her friendliness and for being so accommodating.
