DAVID D | Overall ExperienceThe place was a nightmare, mice in the units, spiders and wasp. over the last 6 years I had to repeatedly complain. I was bitten by spiders. My items were destroyed, mice droppings everywhere. I complained and complained nothing was done. The units were not sealed and allowed moisture to get in. A lot of my items had mold on it. I have a loss of 6,800. This is the worst place that I have ever stored at.
KEN A | Overall ExperienceOnly recommendation would be to verify autopay, I thought I had it set up and found out in my junk mail I was behind on a payment and up for items in my storage being sold. Just an oversight that could have been awful.

William S | Overall ExperienceWithin 2 months of moving stuff into this storage the building became infested with mice. While trying to rid the unit of mice so I could get my things, it then had a leak because everything ended up with mold and mildew. I lost everything to this place and paid them for it. If you rent a building please make sure you get renters insurance because you will need it.
Melinda L | Overall ExperienceGenerally I wouldn’t recommend this facility. We found a lot of spiders and had to trash a couch because of all the mouse poop. It was cheap so I guess I should expect it to not be clean. So i guess I can’t complain there. I was always frustrated at how easy the access code was. That’s probably why my lock got cut and around $1,500 of hunting clothes and TVs were stolen. I asked if they would send me footage from security cameras. I never got the footage. Generally the pros are that its cheap and in a great location. The cons are that 1) they do a very poor job of pest control and 2) its not at all safe. I either threw away or had stolen most of what I had in the unit.
