Returned two trailers & a truck here after moving up from NV. The staff made the returns simple & quick, especially the manager, Hailey(?). Aside from getting trapped in the stairway on our move out of storage yesterday, it was a great experience.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy roommate works at u haul at this exact location. He recommended it. And I have to say , every time i've rented a truck , van or trailer i have always been very satisfied with you haul. And it's policies and employees. It is honestly one of the best companies that I have interacted with through my life. I will now recommend your storage facility to all of my friends and family. 😀
eric n | Primeras impresionesI should have been able to receive a partial refund when I moved out 3 days after my monthly payment posted. There was no reason to keep my money when you will turn around and rerent it and get double the money.
tracey r | Experiencia generalThe staff is great. I chose that location because I was under the impression it was secure, not even close. Your insurance provider denied my claim after someone broke into one of my units FROM THE INSIDE CRAWLING OVER THE TOP BECAUSE OF THE HUGE GAP. My units were on the 2nd floor. I moved my stuff to another storage company yesterday.
Heather F | Experiencia generalSo awesome knowing our items were safe and protected in a clean unit! Love that we can drive into the warehouse out of weather conditions to load valuables! Excellent customer service too!
SUEDE R | Experiencia generalWell maintain climate controlled facility. That was very polite service and I love the drive-in car parking unloading.
Taylor C | Primeras impresionesExcellent service, excellent facility.
MARY V | Primeras impresionesKeep it up
PATRICK S | Experiencia generalI can’t remember her name, as my attention was split in many ways from the move, but the gal with the spider piercing who helped me from the front desk was a tremendous help and very friendly face that I needed in that moment. She helped me navigate the gates, understanding the security systems, and we both discovered we had a shared love for spiders. Very glad to have chosen this location.
Dannika F | Mudanza en líneaThe staff here are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Truck & trailer drop-offs went quickly & smoothly with the staff jumping in to expedite the process.
Craig O | Experiencia generalJust not uhaul as rental truck company
Rebecca G | Experiencia generalThe elevator was the only way in this location to take items upstairs, my queen size box springs wouldn't fit. The ground lever storages are priced higher.
