The rental process was easy and quick. I drove the truck from the West coast to the East coast without any issues. I did have to purchase wiper blades and suggested someone inspect the front end when I returned it. The steering felt loose but the truck ran perfect.

You need to change the format of this review now that you offer 24/7 pickup and drop off. I never had to speak with much less meet anyone at this location. That said the 24/7 service worked amazingly well. Check in and check out was a breeze. We were even able to pay U-Haul to clean and fill the van on the app. Loved it.

The guide for how much gas to put in, according to where the market is, did not work. I put in more than it said to put in to bring it up to halfway full, and it didn’t bring it up there. Unfortunately, I didn’t check it after I put the gas in. I was almost back to the location to return it When I noticed that it wasn’t all the way back up to the mark. So I was charged an extra five dollars for gas.

I was told that my bill was going to be $550 this is what it ended up us and all the cleaning in fees and stuff he had it included in that when he gave me the estimate the manager here was very rude due to the circumstances that were out of my control and he work with me at all and I'm very unimpressed and I will not pay this amount he "d me 550 him and the other regional manager together were on the phone

There was only one person working on a Saturday! This is uhaul Depot meaning there is about 100 trucks and trailers there. I had to wait 30 mins for a truck I already had reserved. There is only one guy that answers the phone, does the paperwork and goes and gets the truck. When I went to return the truck the one guy was in the lot getting a truck, a lady with 3 small kids was waiting at the front desk and had been working waiting 20 mins already. MT ride said that I was going to have to call a taxi because it was going to be another 20 mins to do all of her paperwork and then get a attach a trailer to her SUV. I ended up having to pay my moving crew for an extra hour because it took so long. That's 40$ out of my disability check!!! I will never recommend Uhaul ever again. In fact I will tell people to use anyone but Uhaul if they can. I worked for a professional moving company for 10 years before I was disabled and I am still friends with all my old drivers.. I will tell everyone thats willing to listen my story. Bottom line, you need another person working on Saturdays. Oh, and I wish I could have my 40$ back. Thank you for listening, Stephanie Galtieri

We had a reservation for 10am, we showed up early at 930 because the process seems to always take a long time. This one took forever, we finally checked out at 11:15am, almost 2 hrs was horrible!

A sign at the road (SUNSET WAY) I drove past the turn on to the side road that the facility entrance is on several times due to no marking. I only found the place when I noticed A line of vans in a parking lot 50 yards off the road. Sunset way is poorly populated with businesses so locating a specific address is difficult. A sign would help

Waited 30 minutes to return packing items. New guy couldn’t figure out credit system. Chicks in back room gabbing on phone would not come out and assist him. After several requests for help by new guy, one gal came to office window, looked right at me and walked back into her office. Lousy customer service and team assistance.

Well, you can staff the customer service counter. I waited fifteen minutes to return the pickup i'd rented. Stood at an empty counter, no one around, no way to summon help until I just happened to spot a female employee who said "Oh, i'll get someone for you." Terrible service.

Paul Williamson has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He left his Uhaul Uscan in the truck i rented. He called me to get it returned. I was already out of town,my family and friends ready to help me pack/move. He text my personal phone asking for me to return it. Our original plan of having someone drop if off fell through. Our intention was to drop it off because he said he'd even give us a $30 discount. He said his job was at risk for losing it. The next morning he was texting me, I noticed the device still in my truck i rented. I replied telling him I was already too far away, that I could return it to my Uhaul drop off destination. He began to threaten me that I was going to be held accountable for the device and that his manager will be in contact with me and that I may have to pay for it. I replied telling him i did not appreciate his threats and that the devise is NOT my responsibility. He again replied with a rude text demanding i drop it off, that it belongs to the Uhaul company, and that they expect it back. I told him I already planned on it, and told him how this was the worst service I have ever had! He was rude, text me and bothered me my entire time I was packing, moving and unloading. I understand that it is Uhaul's property, but that it is his job to take care of his device. Does Uhaul even require customer service, or do they need to send people to training?

Very confusing layout. Rental counter not clearly marked on a 3 story office complex. Staff was not at the front counter when I arrived or when I dropped off equipment.

The salesperson quoted me three different rates on a small 4x8 trailer we needed to go from Spokane to Billings Montana. When I went to pick the trailer up they did reserve the correct trailer so it cost me more money for the next trailer up, the old bait and switch.

There were a number of issues. When I entered the lobby it took 3-4 minutes to find someone to help. There were no other customers there was just nobody there to help. Finally the manager came out to help once an employee alerted them. Secondly, I rented online and used the app which led me to believe it would be a quick process to get the truck (a pick up I needed for 4 hours). When I got there I had to give up my ID for a photo and then had to provide secondary ID which was never mentioned in the process to reserve, luckily I had something acceptable. One of the options was a passport, who takes a passport to rent a truck? Finally when I returned there as a sign that said wait here and someone would come out to help me. After 5 minutes I went inside as nobody came out. Waited 2 minutes for an employee to appear, again, I was the only customer there. Finally the check in process included a walk around and an examination of the tires to make sure they had proper air. That was another 5 minutes. All in all it was just a pain to rent and all the steps took too long and it was a hassle for a simple 4 hours pick up rental. The employee I dealt with was friendly (once I got his attention) but it was just a painful process. You need to find a way to streamline a simple rental. I would find another option in future. Not sure if this is how your process works of if it was unique to this location.

This was Sunday, 09/02/18 at around 2:30pm. I believe it was Andy who was helping us. He directed us on how to safely off-load our car from the car trailer, and he quickly unhitched the trailer and helped us get on our way. We went from there to my nearby storage unit to off load the truck contents. We returned your 20’ truck after hours to this location. Everything went very smoothly. Please thank ANDY for us.

I reserved a 26' truck on line two weeks prior to the requested pick up Order # 24914224. On the pick up date, what should have been a quick sign and go turned into a 1 and 1/2 hour ordeal because the U Haul reservation system was down. The agent finally had to do a manual check out to get me on my way. I think computer problems are common with the U Haul software. The truck I received needed to be washed and there was coffee spills in the cab. The drop off location changed between the time I reserved and the pick up date. Because of the computer issues I have two additional reservation numbers (93591216 and 62298000) for a single rental.

The truck was given to me with less than 1/6th of a tank forcing me to look for gas and delay the start of my move by 1 hour. The signage to the office was poor and thereby difficult to find.,

This location helped me get into a truck.. Awsome customer service. The online app sucks. Schedualed a pick up and the truck wasn’t even there.
