KENDALL B | Experiencia generalI like that the prices for climate controlled units seems to have gone down from the last time i searched, by almost half as i was quoted 180/month last time for a unit and only 99.95 this time, which was better than some of the local prices for similar units with two other locations, only one of which offered climate controlled units. Having the loading bay inside made it awesome to move in, especially with the truck rental bays so i didnt have to park outside on such a warm fall day (it was 86° in October for whatever reason) and having the loading carts for use was awesome as well. Manager onsite was knowledgable and helpful. Much better experience than the truck rental itself was. Hopefully next time i have to rent a truck they'll ACTUALLY have it ready and not treat me like im stupid for not finding the truck thats parked sandwhiched between other trucks and they actually drive it out themselves cuz that was an AWFUL experience, and made me feel stupid for their inadequate undertaking of the job. The move in was way awesome conpare to the rental and saved my opinion of the location.
Cory K | Primeras impresionesGreat experience.
Brandon G | Experiencia generalI live 2 blocks from the building
james t | Primeras impresionesI have always been a long time uhaul customer and the way I was treated at the Sioux city location was apaleing they had no respect for the u haul customer started to yell at me and was going to try and charge me for cleaning of the truck when I had no idea what was even in it
james k | Experiencia generalChad Meyers I believe is his name is the best.
PEGGY B | Experiencia generalWas some of the best customer service I've ever experienced my whole life, Roxeanne was very polite, well mannered, had me in and out without any delays, I would go as far to say if cloning were legal, I'd request a Roxeanne at every location in the country!! Lol... Thank you so much for your hard work, and commitment to wonderful customer service in your company, and a special thank you to Miss Roxeanne! She deserves a promotion!
Tylo C | Primeras impresionesAmazing staff very kind professional and patient.
ALICIA S | Experiencia generalThe rep was very helpful getting me into my unit my first time.
Quentin D | Mudanza en líneagreat job took care of all of my needs and I always felt safe. I only had one little issue wtih something being stolen (an empathy pregnancy simulation belly) that i was hoping to get back, but never did. Other than that, and that was no fault of uhaul, I had a great experience! Thanks!
kirsten C | Experiencia generalStaff on site is always very helpful.
Curt D | Experiencia generalNot all of the staff was bad. But there was a woman who worked there that I felt wasn’t great. Our storage being there was always a hassle with being charged fees when I’m not entirely sure we should have been. It was a mess and I’m glad we don’t have to use the company anymore. There was one guy that worked there that was great though. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of any of the people. But this particular location needs to get it together.
Rachel l | Experiencia generalAbsolutely appreciated being able to come and go as i pleased. Felt safe and secure straying my items there. Have recommended and will continue to recommend uhaul to friends and family.
Madison H | Experiencia generalI had a great experience working with Marcy. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. I wasn’t completely sure what I needed, but she took the time to explain my options and helped put my mind at ease that I was making the right choice. The office was very busy, with a line of customers waiting, and Marcy was the only person working in the office. Even with how busy she was, she did her best to help everyone as quickly as possible without ever making me feel rushed. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reserve a truck or trailer because everything was already spoken for, but Marcy still took the time to problem-solve with me and explore my options. I really appreciated her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. She provided excellent customer service in what could have easily been a stressful situation.
