calum m | Overall ExperienceI was not given an invoice with charges and payments. I was then told my items were sold and a total amount owed. Still no invoice or any documents proving any type of balance. This particular U-Haul is a total scam and will do what they want, they will steal your items and take what they want. I would NEVER recommend this horrible place with the master thief Lori making the decisions.

They can calm the most stressful situations, which is moving in general. They always find a solution. Thank you! And the free storage units for a month relieve ap much stress as well. Sharonlee L | First ImpressionsStorage unit and facilities were easy to access and clean. However, there have been recent fires at the facility and I received no communication from the team. Accidents happen, but as a customer I would appreciate more information and assurances from U-Haul. On two occasions I showed up to access my storage unit and was surprised to learn about the incident and was not allowed onto the property. I would've appreciated more communication and a heads-up when I could not access my property.
Emily R | Overall ExperienceThere was a fire at the facility and it took them 3 days to contact me at which time they provided no information other than the fact that there was a fire and they’d have to call me back with more information (I know that other clients were notified as much as 2 days before me). They never called back. I then find out when I called back a week later to ask, that they had opened my storage unit and moved my belongings without requesting my permission or even notifying me. The person I spoke to provided no information other than that, and said I needed to speak to someone else who wasn’t in. This is completely unacceptable.
