Best customer service and easiest service I've experienced from any other company in any other industry. I love dealing with uhaul. They can calm the most stressful situations, which is moving in general. They always find a solution. Thank you! And the free storage units for a month relieve ap much stress as well. A nice added bonus!
Sharonlee L | First ImpressionsStorage unit and facilities were easy to access and clean. However, there have been recent fires at the facility and I received no communication from the team. Accidents happen, but as a customer I would appreciate more information and assurances from U-Haul. On two occasions I showed up to access my storage unit and was surprised to learn about the incident and was not allowed onto the property. I would've appreciated more communication and a heads-up when I could not access my property.
Emily R | Overall ExperienceThere was a fire at the facility and it took them 3 days to contact me at which time they provided no information other than the fact that there was a fire and they’d have to call me back with more information (I know that other clients were notified as much as 2 days before me). They never called back. I then find out when I called back a week later to ask, that they had opened my storage unit and moved my belongings without requesting my permission or even notifying me. The person I spoke to provided no information other than that, and said I needed to speak to someone else who wasn’t in. This is completely unacceptable.

brenda I | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately due to our stuff being in there for almost two years and no temp control all of our wooden furniture pieces were ruined. Will call to see if insurance will cover but I doubt it. I guess the moisture in the unit made the wood swell.
