Owner/manager not very friendly. The feeling I got was he would prefer to be anywhere than work. The other staff were wonderful. and friendly.

I love that I got invoice reminders a week before due date, but the inability to make payment without setting up a credit card due to US infrastructure is a bit of a pain. However staff was always polite when we came in to make payments.
