The staff were knowledgeable personable and efficient when I rented the unit and when I ended my contract. The storage area was well secured, well lit and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the convenience of a clean and well-stocked bathroom available in the storage area. Overall, no notes! Five star experience, I would definitely recommend this location to other residents who need a temporary storage solution.

Christopher M. | Overall ExperienceI made this reservation in advance of moving from Scottsdale and had arranged to drop the truck and trailer off. I knew I would be there after 7 and tried to check in online several times but the link would not work. I spent most of the trip from Phoenix in the phone with uhaul and no body could help this. I was supposed to be given a code to get in but nobody called me. I brought the truck and trailer there the next day, my time to be checked in was 0800 but because I couldn’t get access the night before it took until 1000 to unload and I was charged for an extra day rental. Pretty mad about that. Anyway. The two people working in the office were really nice.
