Ethan was so respectful, kind and very organized and quick to give perfect answers to any and all questions. He made everything go so smoothly with no stress. If I still had my business I would hire Ethan and put him in charge of everything. What a pleasant experience.

The prices were not what I was quoted for storage unit or truck rental . Uhaul ereased my reservation for storage and I was told they would waive additional day charges for truck because I had the delay through no fault of my own. Employees were very professional.

Next day when I went back as instructed by email the closing Mechanism worked perfect. Also I wasn’t explained the proper procedure to enter and leave the facility the first time by a very nice young employee. The second time a nice young lady explained well I am fully satisfied

GREGORY M | First ImpressionsWhen I first moved in I got a call stating that my unit was unlocked as was found by the cleaning person. I was told I needed to return to lock it. When I returned, it was locked and my suitcase had been stolen. When I tried to report it I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone, when I finally did a week later I was told "oh well, there's nothing we can do." The rudest people work at this location.
