Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThere were a lot of homeless that hung out by the front gates for the first few years we had this storage unit. I was uneasy going there by myself since entering the gates involved exiting the car. But this was not a problem the past year - not sure where they all went - and according to posted signs by U-Haul, remotes were made available to open the gates. We always found the place clean and very functional. The gates worked well and everything was as expected with the unit. I would recommend these units.
Debbie P | Experiencia generalThank you for being so helpful with everything!
Shayne B | Experiencia generalThe staffs in this Newport office were really awesome! They definitely need some kind of praise or promotion from the management! They work hard, they work efficiently, and they work in a positive attitude no matter how busy they are. I rent a storage two days ago. Everything went super smoothly. I came back today to refill the propane tank. They did a great job! Thank you!
Yun M | Primeras impresionesEverything was great except I went to check out right up the street at the truck rental yard and after waiting for both manager and other office employee told me that they could not print me a closing/ final invoice.. unacceptable service!
MARK H | Experiencia generalI had storage in this facility for a very long time. It is so much more secure than when I first started renting. In recent years I felt safe coming to the facility with a the security features you have put in place.
KIMBERLY F | Experiencia generalwas extremely helpful during move in; he gave clear instructions and was pleasant about the whole thing too. Very glad I made the choice to store here!
Andrew S | Mudanza en líneaGreat customer service from Andrew
PATTI T | Primeras impresionesI was very happy with my experience with U Haul, always someone there to help if I had any needs. Andrew was especially nice, he is an asset to the company. If I need storage again, I will be back.
Nancy S | Experiencia generalAndrew was very nice and accommodating. I needed to move from one larger unit to a smaller unit in one day. Quite challenging. I got it done and had the first unit completely cleaned out early the next morning and he did not charge me. I very much appreciated it!
KENDRA L | Primeras impresionesThank you
Susan N | Primeras impresionesThe staff were extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was seamless. We initially only went in to rent a truck for the day, but we are so glad that the team told us about the free month of storage! It was really helpful to have somewhere convenient and safe to leave our things for a bit! 100% will use this location again, and will be referring my friends and family!
