When I booked online I booked a 10x20. I was given a reservation number and chose my move in date. When I arrived at the facility I was told there were no 10x20 available. When I booked online it doesn’t actually reserve a unit for me. As a customer, that is dumb. I was led to believe that I had reserved a 10x20 at the location that I wanted to use. Either reserve the unit for me, or tell me I can’t until I arrive. Don’t send me email confirmations that I have reserved a unit and then leave it to the local store to tell me that I don’t.
