my uhaul had no heat the weather was 19 degree they didnt load my car right (lori at drop off can confirlm) check engine light turned on when unloaded. Whole inside was broken. please call if you have questions 7346795774

Awesome experience … the staff is fantastic
ROBERT WI had a fall accident due to a hole in the ground on the property. I scrapped my knee and hands. Video cameras can see it. I informed the staff but I was not taken seriously.

ERNESTO CThe auto transport had one strap that was torn and would not attach to the rachet on the trailer. The uhaul truck would pull hard to left everytime i used the brakes. The heater in the truck would not blow. The truck smelled like and ashtray. Before i could be hooked up to the trailer the right rear tire had to be aired up from flat. When i dropped the truck and trailer I informed the person and they said they would note it. I had to go get straps to be able to haul my car.

FRANK OI had an awful experience with the virtual assistance through the mobile app pickup. I was unable to complete the pickup. Thankfully, inside at the counter, the staff were more helpful and I was ultimately able to pick up the UHaul as reserved.
Dakota MDrop off was very easy and no problems. Had questions about other services and staff were helpful.

We can in around 2pm on a Saturday he tried diligently to get us something for today called around and got us a reservation for 4:45 a different location. 4:45 pm came around and the previous renters hadn't returned the 15ft truck . We called Steven and he noticed he had a 15' returned to his location and got us into a truck for the evening. We will definitely come back to this location for all of our uhal needs .

LUIS LI reserved a truck and auto transport several days in advance. Got a message saying equipment would not be available the day before, so I called the location. The lady said I was all good and to disregard the message, despite me asking if she was sure there would be no issues on move day. I arrived to being told they didn't have the trailer, and I would have to go several miles away to get them both. I did this only to be told the same thing at that location on top of being yelled at and cops threatened to be called. Went back to first location, and got the truck but no trailer. Ended up leaving my car in San Antonio 3 hours away, creating a completely different headache involving more money. This rental should have been free for all of the nonsense. You guys got to fix your reservation system, it sucks for your employees and your customers.
Bryan RI had made a reservation for truck and equipment the day before pickup. I was told the equipment would be in the truck when we picked it up but it wasn't. We had to grab the equipment ourselves from in the store and put it in the truck ourselves. It would have been nice if the equipment was in the truck as we were told it would be.

LYNDA IIt's a decent storage place but the price is kind of nuts and going up next month. There's no climate control or lights in the units. Bare bones for nearly $200 a month.
Travis F | Overall ExperienceOffer 2 1/2" diameter 3 or 4 inch drop hitches for sale. I had to go home and retrieve a 2" hitch and buy an adapter to fit my 2 1/2" receiver, which most HD pickups have these days.

Gregory JI rented a 15 ft truck for 8 hrs (1 pm-9 pm). Around 4:30 pm, I went to fill the tank since we needed to drive further but something was wrong with the truck's gas tank. The pump would not allow gas to go into the truck as the stopper kept cutting off the gas. We went to another pump and the same thing happened. We called the location where we picked up the Uhaul and was told to return the truck since we couldn't put gas into it. We returned expecting to have the truck switched out for another 15 ft truck, but was told that we would have to pay for another truck even though I was not finished moving and that the truck that I rented had a problem with it.

When I arrived at the facility I was told there were no 10x20 available. When I booked online it doesn't actually reserve a unit for me. As a customer, that is dumb. I was led to believe that I had reserved a 10x20 at the location that I wanted to use. Either reserve the unit for me, or tell me I can't until I arrive. Don't send me email confirmations that I have reserved a unit and then leave it to the local store to tell me that I don't. Was told I'd be changed $50 for said locksmith after the U-HAUL lock that was provided, wouldn't open with U-Haul key. Was always left feeling uncomfortable by disrespectful staff and the constant smell of cigarette smoke. I've been with you U-Haul for years so I could definitely tell it had everything to do with this exact location. Everyone needs training, especially the handy man that helps with trailers… he needs training on how to speak to people Correctly. Also maintaining hygiene & washing hands after smoking before touching customers belongings.

The other people who have the reservation are mad because they don't have the truck because I'm not finished with it because I can't unload it because I put the wrong lock on my own Unit and got told I have to wait for Monday for the contractor to come out and cut it or hire a locksmith. So recommend U-Haul ever again absolutely not.

I got the feeling that I was bothering the staff. There was a issue with my payment, I paid online and it was processed by my bank and I showed the attendant and I had to transfer $ from my savings to pay again. So, not a good experience!
