Virgil P | ReservaciónGreat Customer Service
Diana B | Experiencia generalWas kind of weird that there’s no trash dumpsters on site. Price was good , very clean.
Roger K | Experiencia generalThank you
Robert H | Experiencia generalWent in on a Saturaday the young girl that wirked there mentioned several times what she wouldnt do. She also stated that was leasing out the unit that I had reserved in advance. Not very personalable dry nit sure of herself.
Danna D | Experiencia generalI avoid making recommendations for any products or services as a course of habit.
Billy M | Experiencia generalThe staff at BTA are always friendly, accommodating and professional. If you need something they take of it right away. I’m very impressed with BTA and their customer service. Something that’s hard to find these days.
Gordon V | Experiencia generalGreat service, from desk lady was very nice and helpful
Elba T | Experiencia generalI rented a storage unit from this facility for nine months. After paying my rent, I was informed that I still owed $10.00. I was informed that there was a rate increase that I was sent a email about two months prior. I never received any type of communication that there was going to be a rate increase. Had I received such a notice it been notified, I would not of had a problem. I was also informed that I would now have to pay a late fee of $10.00 in addition to my $10.00 increase. I questioned why I should have to pay a late fee on a rate increase that I was not aware of. I was told by the extremely rude “District Manager” that they sent out notices via email two months prior. Mind you, I had spoken to the staff on a few occasions during this timeframe and not one person informed me or even mentioned the rate increase to me until after I paid my rent for that month and then they locked me out for not paying the additional $10.00 and the $10.00 late fee. I asked to speak to the Owner and the “District Manager” told me that she would not give me the Owners contact information. After a Google search, I found out that the “District Manager” had the same last name as the Owner. I contacted another location and asked if I wanted to leave a message for the Owner to call me if they were responsive. I was assured that they would get the message and that yes, they were very responsive. I never heard another word. I will never do business with this business again nor will I ever refer or recommend their facilities to anyone. Please note that it wasn’t the $10.00/month increase that was the problem, it was the manner in which it was handled and the lack of Customer care. This past year was hard enough without companies like this treating their Customers so poorly.
Carey B | Experiencia generalJust did not like having to buy their special lock when I already had a perfectly good padlock.
Larry N | Experiencia generalFlooding damaged my unit’s contents and when reported to the management, they just blew me off. Would never rent from BTA again.
Ginger W | Experiencia generalHowever , I did rent a U-Haul from the DTA storage in Royce city I paid for two days but only made it for one she said that there would be a credit to my account but I have not seen that yet
Becky A | Experiencia generalStoring our things here after our move from Colorado has been a very positive experience. Staff is always kind and very helpful. Always felt that our things were very secure. Would rent here again!
Timi E | Experiencia generalExcellent service from start to finish, very nice units!
Jeremy S | ReservaciónThe very kind and helpful lady was a delight to work with. This is my first experience with a storage building and a key and she walked me through it every step of the way ... a pleasure to work wth!

MARK B | Experiencia generalThanks
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesGood customer service!
Privacy R | Primeras impresiones24 hour access is pretty much expected not an extra you pay for. Your driveways suck. Get some concrete. This website sucks. If you limit to 200 chairs, have a counter.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesEnded up going with a facility closer to my home.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesFriendly manager, clean facility, great area and easy accessible. Would recommend to anyone
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesManager very helpful and honored the free month per uhaul reservation.
Privacy R | Primeras impresionesDO NOT BLOCK THE GATE CODE ACCESS PANEL. not prepared that the driveways for pull up storage are of gravel and not dolly friendly. Overall- manager was helpful to get us situated to get moved in
