Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIn an area where many people work 12-plus-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, access was doable at times but extremely challenging most of the time. Not available early enough to access when leaving a night shift on the way home, and not late enough to have workable time in the evening. Nice, clean, convention location. Staff and communication were pleasant. Very satisfied with my experience.
Charlotte B | Experiencia generalMoved out a few days past the rental payment and was not reimbursed for anything.
Susan A | Experiencia generalBest and cleanest storage unit around.
April H | Experiencia generalThe staff was great! Very friendly and helpful and we loved that you could pull into a bay to load and unload...protected from the weather!
Jenny L | Experiencia generalNeeded a new unit that had more space. Thankfully there was a 10x10 close to my current unit, moving from the old one is a breeze! Skylar was the gentleman that helped me with it, fantastic work by him!
Eric S | Primeras impresionesNate runs a terrific shop! He is very customer service oriented and goes out of his way to help his clients. Everything is professional friendly and above board. Clean, safe and reliable. I cannot offer any improvement to Nate’s performance or any of his team. He is an excellent representation for U-Haul. He deserves a raise! I do not provide credit unless it is due. It is. [redacted]

Elena G | Experiencia generalI had an emergency move. Johnny Boese and another gentleman (I only know he has daughters, because he mentioned them) made my situation so much better because of their compassion, willingness to help me and knew all of the right questions to ask me to get me exactly what I needed. I will always recommend your establishment to anyone looking for a truck to move or storage space. Thank you all for your assistance in making what was a messed up day, much better.
MARY G | Experiencia generalGreat service!!
Patricia s | Experiencia generalThe reason I rented the truck and then came back for the storage unit was your employee Johnny Boese. He made the whole experience pleasant and painless. There was another gentleman there and I'm sad that I can't remember his name, but he was just as great. It was a horrible as to why I was there, but Johnny made it great the Saturday and the both of them on Sunday. You have great employees that really love their job. Thank you!
MARY G | Primeras impresionesExcellent service by associate
