I rated average because you have only one option of me giving you my id...by using a photo from my phone. Employees should be able to scan it photocopy in office. Also, website is not user friendly at...tried to change my address-could not do it...tried to set up auto pay twice-looked as though it took both times, but didn't and I was charged late fees...wanted to get larger storage unit and staff could not access new bldg so I had to do a whole new contract. Finslly, two of staff on duty were friendly and helpful, one was downright rude.

BUT the availability of carts and great elevator was exceptional. It was a little scary as it got dark and the unit was in front of the window on veterans. Next time I will plan better

I had bad exp at oddie uhaul, guy was very rude, left 4 people standing there while he went outside, to get his coffee. I was asked for my lease agreement which was obviously not needed, as I wasn't asked for it at the Virginia storage unit. I tried to figure out the guy, who was picking doing nothing, apparently the manager, the place was not a good working environment. He had no idea how to manage.
