I do wish they upsold me on a larger unit, which I still may end up getting (but I'm not keen on transloading.) I think if I could have toured the units that would have been helpful, but I know you likely aren't staffed for that. Anyhow, I appreciate the lock inside. Also, they didn't tell me I needed to use the "after hours" swipe to open the gate after turning off the alarm.

Giovanni R | First ImpressionsI have used Uhaul truck rental and storage facilities in the SF Bay Area in California and in Carson City, Nevada. This was my first experience doing business with their location in Reno. I used the Uhaul app to make my reservations, which was very convenient, since I live in Dayton, NV. On the day of move-in and pick up of the truck, I had some unexpected delays and the staff was very understanding and accommodating to the subsequent change in move-in / pick-up time. Heather from the Uhaul Storage of Double Diamond office helped me when it was finally time to pick up the truck and finalize the storage unit rentals. It was Heather’s friendly customer service as she assisted me with getting the whole process of renting the truck and selecting the 2 storage unit’s locations, so that they were in the same building and closer together, which the app had not taken into consideration when I made the original reservation, that has prompted me to leave this review. I am so appreciative to Heather for her attention to details, which had been an over sight in my planning, but will make for a much easier and faster move for me in the end. Heather’s dedication to providing me with the best long term experience at their facility, was truly above and beyond, and if I could give 6 stars instead of 5, I would.
